They have replaced the self checkouts and for now it appears more clean. Stocking is still an issue, but not as bad as the previous pictures. There are still never enough lanes open if you are going for a large grocery run. From the outside looking in staffing seems to be an issue as well.

Never had a good experience here. The atmosphere here is stressful, rude, careless, and busy. Employees are disrespectful and have no care for customer service values or professionalism. They should be closed down even their fruits and vegetables are not fresh they try to sell all rotten and moldy products. They also upsell their products and if you return products they put in on the shelves to sell and you are stuck with broken and damaged products. I warn you DO NOT GO HERE! Go to other Walmart’s where respect is valued. They also assume everyone steals here and door greeters are rude when they check receipts. I have nothing good to say about this place they should be shut down! I have the utmost respect for real businesses and they don’t meet that criteria! Poor management! I went to get a 5 gallon water and won’t let you purchase it after customer service closes even though they have the ability to type into their registers for 5 gallon water exchanges. The register that sells tobacco, lighters, and lighter fluid products is always closed at night. Even sometimes during the day and they claim that on that register can sell those types of products. Even though self checkout and other registers ask for ID for other products. If you need something from a locked case forget it because nobody will come up to you and ask if you need something out of the case even if you are waiting in front of it after going to customer service multiple times. They simply don’t care about anyone, but themselves!

Considering the situation and the pending snow and ice coming into our area they were literally packed with customers but the shelves were relatively well stocked and the lines at the checkouts moved very quickly.The store was very clean but a little disorganized because of the large crowd of customers.Shopping carts inside the location were none to be seen but the associates were bringing in more for the waiting customers.As far as parking your vehicle went on this particular day I sincerely hoped you were wearing a good pair of walking shoes because the lot was packed with vehicles.

One thing to be ghetto but plus rude is observe!! The team leader act as if he has something stuck up his #$$! The manager not managing but wants to make known she's the manager. Employees like these make you want to go a little further out! But I have had better customer service in the hood. Stop taking y'all job so seriously and being so rude!!!! It's just that a job not a career move along to something where you don't have to deal with the public. Because my presence is always humble and welcoming, but y'all have attitudes like you all are on trial. Do better

Employees are hateful every time. They will disrespect you to your face. You are a cash cow, and you will be corralled accordingly, to self check out. You are given an option for print, text, or no receipt, and then you get harassed at the door. Thank God I had my receipt....My recommendation is to go to a more civilized Walmart... Like Afghanistan or Gardendale.

I do not live in the area, but I decided to stop by this Walmart because I was passing through.. The associates were rude, the selections were limited, and I waited over 15 minutes for an associate to unlock a glass security door in cosmetics. After waiting, I went back to customer service where I was told they don’t know if someone’s here or not to open it. They proceeded to turn their back to me and started back conversing with another associate. Needless to say, I will not be back!

If I could give no stars, I would. This is the last time I will order pickup from this Walmart. The first time I waited for over 2 hours before I got my groceries. I just put in an order for today and it was ready between 4-5 p.m. I sat and waited for almost 2 hours again. I've been told numerous things that the order is on the way to me and it never comes. I still haven't gotten my groceries and had to cancel. I'm usually patient, but I don't appreciate the run around and not giving the exact reason for it being late all the time. Never again.

Self checkout is always busy but that’s every Walmart. They almost always have what I want/need and workers have been helpful when I ask where things are and if they have something in stock. More friendly than some other Walmarts and decent stock, love the app

Pick up is awful I don’t understand why is no manager for pick up orders it is so unorganized they play the lollygag they don’t take their job serious. We take our job, serious and spark drivers and you have a lot of kids playing on your Clock. Why is nothing been done I have read the reviews of other people complain about the same thing not understanding why is still running like this

So I guess Walmart don't care about customers that need things out of the locked cases. I stood in the skin care area on the side of the pharmacy for an hour. After asking 4 different associates for help all I got was a page ove the intercom stating that a customer needed help getting in the case. No one showed. No one even asked me if I needed help after seeing multiple associates pass right by me. The only thing the girl in customer service could tell me is that whoever holds the keys locked them back up im assuming after their shift. As if nobody else wants anything out of the locked cases. This is My last time coming to this store. I loved coming to this store because the roebuck store has these types of problems. I've never hadand encounter like this. I am highly upset. I would give no stars but I have to leave atleast one just to send this review. This is ridiculous. No customer service at all.

It's another Walmart I have nothing horrible to say nor nothing spectacular, I will say I walked past the store manager twice without any acknowledgement of me being a customer and most Walmart associates need to be a little more respectful to customers bc with my experience if I have a question about something most associates act as if you are bothering them and are so quick to say "Everything we have is on the shelf sir" I get that 99% of the time.

My pickup experience was not good. I was charged for two items that I didn’t receive and received an open item I didn’t even order, that’s not it, then I had an item that was leaking all in the bag! Very disappointed and will just shop myself from now on! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Pick up was very slow, they have 14 parking spots and every last one of them were full plus people were parked behind spots. I sat there for over 30 mins for 2 items! I've never experienced anything like it. I was told they were cleaning up and they only had 1 person dispensing. Apparently he couldn't locate the orders so he brought them out as he located them.

Curbside pickup is awful. Waited almost 2hrs to pickup an order. Called the number listed on pickup sign; it still has closed for Christmas hours and then it went straight to a voice mailbox that was full. Called inside the store and the manager was rude and brushed me off. So finally I called corporate who called the store to say my order would be out in 10mins still had to wait another 30 minutes. I will never do another order for this store again.

The store is always out of items. If you have a delivery order they always either don't have drivers or they deliver to the wrong address or deliver wrong orders. If you have a pick up order they never answer the phone and you wait for over a hour for your order. This store needs to be shut down for the poor customer service . If you do a order of let's just say 100 item most of the time they only have like 10 to 20 of the items. This store has so many complaints its ridiculous and the issues still never get resolved. What's the whole point of having walmart plus when you constantly go through hell with getting your orders I'm so over this store to the point I think I'm gonna just take my business somewhere else they always say you are a valued customer but if this what valued customers get treated like I prefer not to be one. Take heed to warning run do not waste your time or money at this store.

The wait to get an oil change and tire rotation should not take 2+ hours. There was only 4 or 5 cars ahead of us.

I got an oil change here about a week before Christmas and less than a week after my oil pressure light now comes on every time I come to a stop and idle. I came back and spoke to a mechanic and asked if there was anything they could do or check and they only said that they would check the oil level and nothing else.

Not enough registers open. All the lines were backed up ridiculously. What should have been a quick 20 minute trip took over an hour.Self checkout was shockingly quick. But still, I avoid coming here as much as possible. Sadly sometimes it's unavoidable.

I always visit this location fairly early in the morning so my review is based on that. But generally it's clean and organized. I get tired of having to show a receipt at the door when I had to check myself out. One young black lady almost ran into me with her large order picker cart then yelled at me to move! So yeah it's like every other Walmart, lol

Hueytown Walmart well not alot of employees and we tried to get a item that was in electronics and there was employees just walking by clearly see us and other people and how many employees are there verses how many are on the floor let's just say it's better to get a manger at a restaurant then Walmart

I don't like the self checkout.Walmart gives no customer percs like coupons, most of the products with on sale signs are NOT really deals.And if you're looking for something in a certain brand, GOOD LUCK just pick an alternate item.All WALMART'S are terrible.

I drove out to the Walmart on Red Farmer Rd in Hueytown for my daughter's pick up order. Had to be there by 4pm. I was coming from Columbiana, but I was praying that I didn't arrive late! The freeway was a parking lot. ....... Believe it or not, I just made the cut off time. I was surprised when I had to wait so long on the order. Employee loading groceries was friendly. I didn't go inside the store. The outside area was clean and no trash on ground around the pickup area. Area was marked well and easy to find. I later talked to my daughter. She had to call someone about NOT getting all of her order.

I called to order a birthday cake and no one ever picked up the phone. I kept getting the operator. I asked for the store manager and she said that the store manager wasn't there. I would give no stars if I could. This is TERRIBLE!! They should close this store.

This Walmart has went downhill. Everytime I go inventory is extremely low or completely out. And it's not with a few items I've noticed they are always out of stock of multiple items!!! The produce is awful, never fresh. And of course the lines mainly in the afternoons/nights are ridiculous! Please hire more night cashiers and stop closing lanes so early when clearly those are very busy times for your location, even the self checkout line is long! They might as well shut this location down. Smh
