Dog-sitting my sister’s pup, Max, this week and got to get him groomed. Max was struggling with some major matting and Priority Pet Services did an amazing job!! Max was so nervous and they played with him on the floor and got him comfortable before I left! He had to get shaved way down but let made him look so handsome anyway!Thank yall! Max feels so much better tonight!

Love Love Love this place. The staff is awesome. The owner is awesome. This is where i take my baby when i go out of town and i always come back to good things. sometimes they let him free roam during hours to get out of the kennel during his stay (when it allows, and because he is not aggressive) highly recommend PPS over any vet boarding, because they play and spend time with them due to the fact their owners aren’t able to. they truly care.

Very disappointed in the services we received today. Took my dog to get a regular service of a shampoo and grooming. My dog comes back with something very different than what we requested. It is what I consider a poor quality cut. Well I was not impressed and unfortunately I can no longer recommend this business and will not be taking my dog back. I am very disappointed.

Very nice ! Done awesome job on both my dogs ! Both mine was in bad need of cuts my groomer had been out for over a month and I can’t even give mine a bath because of my health condition and they come home beautiful. Very good prices! Fast service. I will continue to use them . Very satisfied

My puppy stayed for the week while my family went on vacation. This was our first time leaving her like that, but Priority made sure to ease our worries and take care of her for the week- they even gave us updates on how she was doing. If we ever have a trip again where Nina can’t come we’ll be sure to send her here. Price wasn’t too bad either. ❤️

I took my dog up there to get her nails done, they had her in and out and done before I even finished filling out the new customer card. Very friendly, and very good with animals. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and grooming! I highly recommend them. My little girl's hair was a mess when I took her in, she looked better than she has ever looked from any other groomers in this area. Even the most expensive ones. Very affordable and nice folks!

According to the person that we reported this to, they have a new groomer. Well my dog and I were not impressed with the new groomer and unfortunately I can no longer recommend this business and will not be taking my dog back. I am very disappointed.

My Dog Scooter can be very difficult to groom and has to be sedated because of anxiety. From the moment I called priority pet services they had my mind at ease. They had no problem with me giving him a mild sedative beforehand, and even made his appointment the last one for the evening, so he wouldn't be around too many other dogs or too much noise. They were great with Scooter right from the start, and when I went back to pick him up he was sitting in the groomer's lap as happy and calm as could be. Everyone there is great and we will definitely be back.

The owners and employees are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. My puppy has separation anxiety and they are good with calming him down. They are very good groomers and very professional.

They took such good care of my Otis. Let them know he was my 85 year old moms Emotional Support pup and they got him done ASAP. I live in Adamsville, 20 minutes away and they called before he was done so I could get him ASAP. He was clipped beautifully and they were Covid 19 compatible. Great new company...I will be back.

These people are fantastic, the last groomer (Doggie Do's Barber Shop) told me my dog was aggressive and charged me extra, this was only the 3rd time she was ever groomed since she just turned 1 yr old. First 2 times Jon groomed her with no complaints but the 3rd time is was another person.When I went to pick her up the girl just put her down on the floor rather than hand her to me (she is only 6lbs) and I was lucky someone didnt open the door and her run out into the street. When I got her home she wouldnt let me touch her ears or feet and wouldnt let me brush her, I finally got her to trust me again after her horrible experience and I decided then she would never go back there. Priority Pet is awesome and said my pup was NOT aggressive and was well behaved the whole grooming process and to top it off she looks great! Finally found a forever groomer ...Big Thank You to you people at Priority Pet! ! !

Priority a Pet Services is the best groomer! My baby didn’t cry when she was dropped off & at time of pick up she wasn’t ready to leave. Above all she didn’t come home with fleas like she did upon leaving other pet groomers.
