I use this store often and they have always had everything I've needed. Specialty drill bits, drain openers for super tough clogs, really small specialty paint brushes, basically anything I've needed for diy projects they've had.

Love the prices and customer service at Hueytown Hardware. 💕 Potting soil and mulch are top notch and are lower in price than big box stores...and they help load it! My husband bought a beautiful water fountain for our deck at HH. ⛲ Love the trickling water sound it makes as I tend to my flower beds or when we are just relaxing on the deck. ⛲ The birds visit it too! 🐦 The staff at HH is so friendly and helpful!! Its always a joy to shop at Hueytown Hardware!! I look forward to buying my veggie transplants there soon!! They always have a nice selection of plants and seeds! 🍅🌱🥒🌸🌿🌷🌼🌱🌹🌿

The way I'm treated by the older woman behind the register that has white hair.She acts like it's a bother to have to wait on me and if she has to do anything extra for me..she sighs in aggravation.My money is green too.She makes me not to do business in there. She's rude and not friendly. I've never seen her even smile.If she doesn't want to be there then she needs to go home.

Came in and check on cat repellent. I asked about the item. I just wanted it to drive them off my property and the salesman said do you have a BB gun or 22 rifle? That is the way to get rid of them. I just walked out of the store.bad advice.

Really nice staff. Decent pricing. Selection is smaller than big stores but they keep enough options in stock to keep me coming. Also they have a very helpful team. Two trips in one day to Hueytown Hardware waa much better than going to big stores farther away and more crowded with less attention from staff. They even helped us safely fit a wheelbarrow in our car!

I normally don't shop here but did on a particular Saturday because I needed a Stihl brand tool and they are the only Stihl dealer near me open on Saturdays. They we were very friendly and extremely helpful. I will certainly go back. Great hardware store!

Well I was out of weed eater cord and it was the closest place and I really like the Huey town do it yourself hardware the employees there are so nice that'll help me anyway they can whether it be a key made or weedeater string or maybe just some sandpaper or broom or even a trash can That's my favorite store by far!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I called to see if they by any chance had a part in stock so I wouldn't have to go out of my way to find it at a different store. I was put on hold to be transferred to someone who would know. They picked up and immediately hung up without saying a word. Again horrible service. I don't plan on doing anymore business with them.
