I love this store. Its always has what i need. And the service is great. The workers are so nice and polite. They all deserve a big raise for being such a great store best of all dollar stores. Keep the good work up.

I had apparently dropped my wallet in the store, and having returned 30 minutes later in search of it, the cashier had found it and kept it for me behind the counter. It had cash visibly in it which had not been disturbed. She politely & adamantly resisted my giving her any reward or tip. Also during that earlier shopping visit, a younger female worker had been very helpful to my locating some items. Additionally, on this night the store appeared clean & orderly.

My go to store for quick, small item groceries at a great price. Some name brands and some not. The service has always be great for me. They are constantly restocking the shelves so at times some isles are partially blocked. But still clean. Has been my experience with all the ones here I've been to. Love these stores. Will continue to shop with them faithfully.

I’ve been coming to this store over ten years being I live only eight minutes away . Never had a problem until a month ago when I went in there right before close to buy a phone charger . The woman working I’d never seen before but my opinion was she came from another store . Especially after she followed me around watching me like a hawk the entire time . Then right as my husband and I were standing beside each other she walks up from behind and then moves in so close beside me she’s literally touching me . Somehow I managed leaving without losing my temper ... makes me sick as this happens often everywhere . I do not steal and have no history of it . So don’t judge somebody by the way they look ... we pay your paycheck b%*#@ !

Neat, clean, store. But check out line was a little long.took an excessive amount of time to check out just for 2 items.All Dollar Generals have same problem, they need to hire more employees to work so 1 person doesn't have to do everything.

It's a Dollar General. There was nothing outstanding or special, similar to others I've visited. The clerk was courteous (greeted and thanked me), for me, this is essential. The store seemed clean, tidy. Practically no wait time but that was more than likely due to the time of day. I would go there again if needed.

The only reason they got 1 star is because 0 isn't an option. Meth heads stealing things and holding up the line. The cashier was in no hurry at all. We stayed in line for 32 mins and there was only 3 people in front of us! The cashier needed the manager to avoid the register and she didn't even have her keys! Good place for people to steal considering I witnessed 2 different people walk rite out the door without paying for their items and nobody seemed to have a single problem with it... this store is horrible!

The workers are nice. But, the store is a mess, and it smells very bad. I have started going to the Albertville Dollar General close to Sneaky Pete's. The store there is very clean. The workers are very nice. Especially the lady with the red hair. She went out of her way to help me at the Albertville Dollar General.

I just started going back to the store. Because it is very nasty there. No one cleans it there are to many rude workers there. I only like one girl there she is a tall blonde, blue eyes very young lady. Sweet as can be & works her butt off I whent into the store today did some shopping & found out that the best worker was sent to another store. I will no longer be shopping there this place is just crazy

Watched 2 meth heads cause chaos, hold up the line, and steal. Manager didn't seem to be bothered, other than having to come clear the purchase out of the register, (she had left her keys at home and had to find others).

Douglas Dollar General has got to be the worst kept store!! Always in such disarray!! Buggies full of junk in every aisle, boxes, trash...poorly stocked and messy and just dirty looking. Absolutely ridiculous!!

It's a DG so I don't expect much; however, 2 out of 3 visits within a month that employees are not wearing masks (both times they were cashiers and one time also an employee working within the store)...even though their entrance is flooded with *must wear mask" signs, masks are available at the door and the state is under an extended mandatory mask mandate.

The aisles is always packed can’t get buggy in, never stocked on items that you have to have. Always waiting in line to check out. Very disappointed in management

They have really improved the Dollar General stores. The refrigerator sections in most have veggies milk cheese even Hot Pockets and TV dinners.

We went in yesterday and found that the shelves were littered with rat droppings. I will not be back to this location and I hope they will clean that mess up and eradicate the rat problem that you have.

My wife shops here 2 times a week and the customer service is so friendly they always make time for her and her couponing

They are opening more stores but they can't stock the one that they have. The employee are stressed out due to customer not getting the thing they used to get. Dog food, frozen items,ect

It was dirty and very unkept. Nothing was put out, but it was on the carts to be put out. Trouble going up the aisles. Extremely friendly employees but very dirty and unkept store

Way to over crowded and not a lot of selections. It's still hot out and they had 1 kind of sunscreen where there was 5 spots for sunscreen.

They can't keep items of similar nature in the same area. When you do actually find what you had been looking for, the next time you go in for the same product it is almost impossible to locate the same item.
