Don’t recommend this to be a place of work or a place to take your dogs. Very understaffed, management is very very unprofessional towards their workers/ex workers so I’ve heard. Business offers training and takes money for it but does NOT do it. There’s no telling what else they take money for and puts it in their pockets and never does what they was paid for. In the back where customers aren’t allowed (for reason) is very very nasty and falling apart. Owner doesn’t fix anything until it’s falling apart or has no other choice. The dogs fence fight and bites the workers. I’ve heard of aggressive dogs being allowed out with the others and getting in fights every other day or everyday. When I was dropping my dog off one time I witnessed one of the fights. All of the dogs was going after the one dog coming in the other smaller dogs was barking and loosing their minds also trying to go after that dog. And sadly one, ONE person was trying to stop the fight. If they can’t get more people to help and learn how to control the dogs then I will continue to not recommend this place for the safety of other dogs. They are our fur babies. If it was a human daycare this place would be closed down or sued. I no longer take my dog here. I don’t want him getting hurt by careless people. Oh and they aren’t allowed to have their phones out there. I was told by an employee that worked there. So if anything ever happened to the people out there or the dogs no one would know until someone came out to check. That’s so dangerous, reckless and careless for their employees. Please do not take your dog here for their safety!!

CDT isn't our normal boarder, but i almost effed up Thanksgiving by forgetting to schedule Jackie to board. Creative Dog Training came through for us!I couldn't believe they had room! And when we got there, they were SO NICE. Oh my gosh, i can't remember her name, but she was tiny & had dark hair like me. She was really able to make me feel confident about leaving him in their care.Jack was having some hotspot issues, so she took his medicine & told me they keep a close eye on him. They also were able to put him in a play group for older dogs, which they posted pictures on Facebook every day! They also didn't care that I'm a helicopter dog mom & called every day to check. =)I was so excited, i burst through the door at the facility & announced i was there to pick up my dog. (I also may have done a little dance.) The little girl from before said Jackie's name before i even got a chance to! They really know & care about their clients!Also, when i picked him up, they'd been taking such great care of his hotspots, they were almost totally resolved!! =O11/10 experience, will DEFINITELY board there again!

I'm not sure what is going on at Creative, but the service definitely isn't what it used to be. I have been a loyal customer since 2011, but have had to change where I take my dogs because of unreliable service and concerns about the condition of the facilities. For example, the facility smells strongly of dog urine and my dog once was returned to me with a large amount of feces on his legs. During spring break we were asked to make reservations for day care, which we happily did. Then those reservations weren't honored and we were turned away because they have too many dogs. Emails to the owner to talk about the situation went unanswered. This week they changed their drop-in policy and never informed their customers - turning us away unexpectedly again. I'm sad because this used to be a great place, but it isn't any longer.

I took my dog here for a class lesson and Mrs. Margaret was absolutely wonderful. She made the lesson easy and fun for my children and has certainly made a difference in my dog. She has a way with training not only dogs, but owners too! I would recommend Creative to anyone!

Bought the longest spa package to save money when we used them weekly...didn’t know the money on file expires. I retired and didn’t need to use the daycare each week. Surprised my credit was gone when we decided on a short vacation trip. Be sure to ask how quickly the credit expires. Oh well live and learn. Someone called me and gave me credit for my balance. Apparently you can buy two flavors of future credit. $400 plan expires 45 days. The $500 I think never expires. Not sure why a free loan should expire but they did rectify my issue. ThanksWell my story continues. Took my three dogs for a one week stay while on vacation. They had my credit as per above but the money owed was complicated. Quoted one price on phone got another quote when I arrived...higher of course. Then challenged the price got a third price a little lower. Not sure what I paid since they credited a part of the original amount then charged an additional amount. Please keep it simple Creative! Well I paid for full spa during days and additional bathroom walks. When I picked up the dogs their bedding was soaked in pee and now my house broken dog is peeing on the floor again. Thanks Creative great job...Not. Try another place this one is either too popular and is not staffed sufficiently or just dishonest. STAY AWAY!

They were nice enough at the counter but when we picked our dog up, her paws and legs were soaked in urine and she was filthy. Our backseat had to be professionally cleaned to get the smell out. I don't know how they let the dogs get like that, perhaps not cleaning the play area well. Anyway, I called them and left a voicemail about this and never heard back.

I can not say enough about creative dog training! Our dog Sandy is always excited to go and play and comes home exhausted from all of the fun. The staff are clearly all animal lovers and take great care of your pets. Also, if your pet needs any vet care, they work with a vet a couple doors down to take your pet back and forth for appointments! Thanks!

Fantastic facility and knowledgeable staff. They really work well with teaching us and especially our kids. Can't say enough positive things about this place. It's the only place to go for dog obedience.

Very poor customer service. You have to consistently pester and call them, only to have them take down your name and number with a very empty promise to get back with you. THEY NEVER DO. I have been calling for a week straight and my problem still has not been resolved, but everytime I call they tell me how sorry they are. Tuh. I am a paying customer and feel very undervalued. I’ve been more than patient with them, but at this point I just want what I paid for, so I can be done with them. I will not be returning.

There really short staff. The owner was the only one at the front desk and he couldn't give me the time I needed because they was no one else to watch the front and answer phone calls. You should really get some upbeat employees sir!!

This place reeked of non-neutered dog pee. My wife could smell the odor on my clothes when I came home and I only took a brief tour.
