Where do I start! It was a great shopping experience! The cashiers there are the funniest and sweetest ladies you will ever meet! I went in searching for chicken gizzards, and I got an entire talk show experience! My fiance was on the phone because he was the one I was in the store for and he even got tickled! We Googled things and I even found out that one of the ladies was my neighbor.... In a past time! Although I live in Huntsville I will definitely make the commute to that grocery store just for the fun times and the laughs they take the boring out of grocery shopping.... Until I get home and have to put it away!! Thank you FoodLand!!!

While the up front employees are fast, efficient, and friendly the store's meat department has been quite inconsistent and under performing. I talked to an individual concerning the issue but I guess my " where's the sausage?" beef is not worth the grind. Pardon my pun.

I LOVE FOODLAND!!!! The prices are good (actually amazing) especially the meats where they have a special deal for five packets of meat for twenty five dollars. Friendly employees too. The place is never busy and you can easily go in and out.

This is a great little store with plenty of options if you don't want to spend lots of time walking through a gigantic store. They had an awesome selection of meats as well as a nice variety of weekly sales/specials. The store was very clean and the associates were very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back.

Love the 5 items for 20 bucks options in their meat counter. Their prices are very competitive. Nice little store with some high quality brands. Friendly neighborhood market feel. There's a bakery and deli available as well. Good local market.

Bruce's is very convenient. There are not a whole lot of people surrounding you like other big stores and short to no lines at all. Sometimes, though, stock can be a little short on some things but unless I just have to get certain things, I'd rather go to Bruce's for most quick pick ups. Their bacon that they cut themselves is great and you get more for the money. Other meats are good as well

I have shopped at hazel green food land for many years. They have a special deal of assorted meat for $20. They're produce is fresh and local bought. They have a lot of the things you would buy from a supercenter store at a reasonable price. They also carry some hard to find food items and they too are at reasonable price. The staff there is very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. You are able to ask for them to order a certain product that you would like at no charge. I wholeheartedly recommend Hazel Green foodland for your everyday needs.

Their selection is quite limited in many ways , there's no real bakery at all, their hot deli food is awful. On the other hand, they have local and regional products none of the bigger stores do, and a fantastic meat department. A bad store to be your primary grocery store, but the type of store you're glad exists.
