I have one happy girl after getting a wash and blowout from The Groomer Girls. I've recently moved to the area and was looking for somebody to take care of my husky's undercoat and was told I should give them a try. I messaged their Facebook page and had her booked with such ease. The last time I took a pup to get groomed the process of picking up and dropping off was a bit of a pain but not with The Groomer Girls! When we got back to get our pup she looked half the size she was when we brought her in so I know they put in a lot of work on her! Great prices, good work, and the lady that checked us out was super sweet! 5 stars all around for The Groomer Girls!

I tried 4 times to call you today, looking for a groomer for our 2 dogs. New to the area, but if you don't answer phones, I'd be hard pressed to leave my dogs there! Absolutely no reason why a business can't answer a phone in the age of cellular and wireless phones.

My husband took our little Chihuahua Samson to get his nails done. He was extremely impressed, and when I saw his nails were done perfectly. My husband told me all about the wonderful girls and how well they treated the furever babies. 5⭐ isn't enough so ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Thank You ladies

The Groomer Girls need to practice their people skills. They are the most unfriendly set of women I've ever experienced. When you walk in they make you feel like such an inconvenience. It’s also extremely hard to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. They never answer the phone and when I messaged on Facebook they told me the next available was the very next week I said yes then didn’t hear anything back until 6 days later…….by that time I already found somewhere else.

Attempted to make an appointment on the website, then was met with so many ads that made it impossible. Once I finally got to the correct website that is not on the Google listing, it said the link to the booking calender was broken. Upon calling I was met with no answer twice. Your booking options just need some work. However it is a great concept, and square up has an amazing booking platform.

I've always heard good things about this place so I decided to give it a try. I called and they got my four dogs in quickly. They handled them with care. My dogs are all rescues and many are very nervous, so I do not leave them places often but I would trust these girls to take care of my babies any time. Thank you for all you do.

Just moved to this area in September and found Groomer Girls and thought I would give them a try. I have two cairn terriers and have NEVER been satisfied with their grooming until now. These ladies give the best grooming to these dogs that they have ever had and they will be 12 this year, so that's a lot of grooming. My dogs are both blind due to diabetes and these ladies are so careful with them. I have a standing monthly appointment for my dogs. Very happy with Groomer Girls!!

The Groomer Girls need to practice their people skills. They definitely lack in this area. They are the most unfriendly set of women I've ever experienced!They also lack in communication skills. This area also needs an extreme make over. We've taken our dogs there a few times. Each time has been a disappointment. Neither of the women acknowledge that one has come inside the business, they just look at you like you're an inconvenience.They say they'll send a text message or call to give updates, send pictures of your fur baby/babies but that never happens. When I'd text because they never answer their phone I'd get a message hours later or the next day. When I complained about this her comment was "we're very busy and we don't have time to answer the phones" your dogs are fine she'd say.. I was told to like their Facebook page, and leave a message. Well what if one doesn't have Facebook.When I was searching for a dog border I was told they were awesome. I went to check it out...this should have been my first clue...I asked for a tour of the facility and was told she didn't have time and my dogs would be fine...I've still never seen the rest of the boarding facilities like where my dogs sleep. The outdoor run area is without shade or water bowls and poop everywhere, inside the kennel runs and outdoor near the parking lot.The shampoo that was used stinks. I had asked for a de-shedding shampoo to be used...I don't think it was used. When I picked up our dog he had piles of hair on his back and it was falling off him...he wasn't brushed afterwards. The feeding bowls were disgustingly dirty...I wash the bowls out...there was hair and dirt stuck to the inside of the bowls. Our dogs were extremely thirsty like they couldn't get enough water to drink.The entrance to the grooming salon is disgusting, dirty and full of dog hair on the floor floating in the air in the common areas for clients. The customer bathroom that is to the left of the entrance door was so dirty with dog hair and It smelled of dirty socks.There are no pricing options available for review, usually there is a list of options available with grooming and boarding prices. I'd suggest a proper display of this.The area is in need of reasonable prices for grooming and boarding. Professional, qualified, friendly, clean, and organized staff.These girls need to rethink their business! Hire a manager...more staff.ect.We'll never return!I pray that this criticism to help them change the things that desperately need change and to understand what is expected of them!

Absolute worst. I took my dad dog in there to get groomed after my mother had died and was treated so rudely by receptionist. She was very judgmental about my dog and said she would have to shave him. I said I was worried he would oul be cold and she just laughs at me and says of course he will. Then she said he would be done by ten but they were not done until 4pm. They really should try to be more compassionate and understanding of others. But I guess it's a good thing they work with dogs instead of people. And also I was able to groom another dog with mats like my dad's without having to completely shave him.

They did the worse grooming on my dog. Her first time they hardly did anything, except they do a good job on her nails, she didn't need a bath only a trim around certain areas. $55.00 later never again will I put her through that again.

I recently boarded my dogs for the very first time. 4 of my furkids stayed at Groomer Girls for a week. They took very great care of them and helped alleviate my fear of having them boarded. I highly recommend Groomer Girls if you are looking to board your furkid. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my Albert, Ivory, Pixie, & Celeste.
