It was very pleasant, friendly staff, and veterinarian was a good doctor she was easy and careful with my dog. My dog didn't seem to mind her at all, my dog doesn't trust or like a lot of people but she obviously liked the doctor, which made me like her even more. Spring Creek Animal Clinic is a place I would recommend to all my friends. Thank you for taking care of my fur baby.

We had just moved to guntersville and dr Parks took us in with our 18yr and 10yr old chihuahuas. She cared for our pets like they were her own. Her staff treats you with caring hearts.

Dr Parks is very professional. She is thoughtful, considerate and caring. She thoroughly examined my 3 month old toy poodle. Then, prudently suggested splitting up his vaccinations at no extra charge because his small size. Thank goodness I found a veterinary home for my fur baby.

One of the most compassionate and flexible veterinarians I have ever been to! Doc Laura is awesome as all of the office staff. They have most reasonable fees and will go out of their way to help. They are a good distance from me but it is well worth the drive!

Love the whole staff and service. Very friendly and passionate about the care of the owners and their pets. For regular visitors in times of emergency/hardship. They are willing to treat pets and work on payments with larger vet costs. Most vets in this area won't look at your animal without atleast pet insurance or a certain amount up front. They have saved a rescue and a pet of my own. That willingness to still see me and my pets without the issue of money made me choose them as my go to. I appreciate them and will always do right by this vet as they have for me. Highly recommended

I have been taking my pets there for many years and they have always been helpful in all areas! They understand my furbabies are my family and I can tell how they respond to me and my pets that they feel the same way. Believe it or not I have been to vets who were all business and treated my pets like things . Everyone is very kind and I love Dr Laura!

I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Laura Park for nearly 30 years. She and her staff are not only excellent with animals, but it's also evident that they love them. In all those years, they've cared for many generations of my dogs and cats, and they offer the best value for treatment of well and sick creatures. They help find alternatives for expensive procedures and medications, because they understand when budgets are tight. I would not consider any other veterinary services in this area; none can match their care for pets and consideration for owners. They truly understand that family pets are family MEMBERs. Guntersville is truly blessed to have such a great veterinary clinic!

I loved it. I was there to get 4 of my pets treated n the staff was polite n helpful to. The place was clean n you could tell they loved animals because to they had one (a cat)who ran loose, who greeted and watched the customers. That helped was my mind when I had to leave them over nite for surgery. I will recommend this place to everybody

The people are nice and handle animals well, but they don't listen. I told them I only wanted my puppy's first set of shots and they gave her extra things that costed way too much. Also, I've never had to pay an office visit fee to a vet before until Spring Creek. To go in for the first set of puppy shots, it costed me $65, when most places are around $30.

I read reviews that all said good things but when I called to ask about prices and another question the lady that answers the phone is extremely hateful. Was considering taking my new puppy there but if that is the attitude the employees have I definitely won’t be taking my fur baby there.

Very rude and insensitive staff. We called to ask about having our twelve year old lab put out of pain. We were told they didn't have time for us much less to do a house call. We admit they are not our primary vet and had never used services before. Because of the location, we were considering using Spring Creek Vet in the future. But after such cold reception. Not a chance.
