Well purchased out dated foundation which has never been my experience with other locations however this is a smaller location in a smaller town. It’s not your normal Belk experience as with the Huntsville location the area manager befriended me Cheryl. The return line was a nightmare due to under staffing which may speak volume when you think of Belk’s. Great deals or from my 2nd visit. I had to rewrite this review in order to set aside my growing distain for this area as per the people are rude in this area but not so much with the people at Belk’s. In general I gave it 3 stars even with out dated products

Overpriced one of the shirts that I bought had a pocket that started coming off after the first wash. Sizes run big, less than par clothing marked up.

This is why I didn't like this place. Just a few pics of how bad it was. Very frustrating to find anything with a very poor selection. Belk use to be way better than this. Will drive somewhere further to shop next time instead of hear local.

There was plenty of sales for men, women, and children on Black Friday. The staff kept busy folding clothes and putting items back on the racks. The girls working the floor asked if they could help us and were very polite.

If I could give a zero, I would. This store is absolutely HORRIBLE with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've worked retail in the past, so I know what's expected and how customers should be treated. These clerks, though, don't have a clue. When I had an issue with an exchange, I asked to see a manager. Of course, no store manager (Teresa) was on duty, so that meant I had to deal with Loretta (a clerk) and Chasity (a clerk who had no idea how to handle an exchange). She refused to do my even exchange even though I had the tags on the item and proof of purchase. In other words, she opted to lose a longtime customer rather than let me exchange a shirt for a new size. UNBELIEVABLE! Given that Belk recently filed for bankruptcy and has had many vendors cancel contracts with them, you would think the last thing they'd want to do is lose customers. Such was NOT the case, though.

There was a nice selection of Jeans and blouses that I was shopping for. Great sale prices too. I was also shopping for bras.That entire bra section was cramped for space. Racks way to close made it very hard to hunt for my style and size. Couldn't find anyone to help me. Fitting room near bra section was so nasty. No place to hang clothing as hooks were so full of clothes not returned to the floor. The actual floor in the fitting room was so filthy that I didn't want to take my shoes off. Waited forever to check out only to have the alarm go off as I went to leave, because the girl who checked me out forgot to remove the security thing on my blouse. I like the clothes at Belk but I don't think I'll go back to that particular store.

Very expensive but everything is marked for coupons so as long as you find all the coupons you can reduce the price. Clean looking store, being I have never heard of it before it reminded me a lot of JCPenneys

Customer service is helpful. Sadly this department store did not have a maternity section, but they directed me to the closest stores they have that does. They always have great deals, and a big variety of fashionable clothes for men and women of all sizes.

Love your sales; But hate your over packed store. Could barely get my daughter, who's in a wheelchair, around all over the stuff in the floor or through any of the clothing sections. Most likely won't be back since we cant get around easily.

The place was distorted. Clothes all over the floor. Found a shirt that I wanted but it was missing the pants... found them in the floor. Its sad that the store let it get that bad. I been in there 3 different times and it was like that. I wouldn't go back and shop in that mess.

I love Hope, in the makeup department. She remembers me by face, and my product. Also her makeup looks great all of the time. She was able to help me find my Este lauder color promptly, on mothers day weekend, of all weekends. She treats customers each as if they are the only person there. That is important, and makes you feel appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service, in all departments as well.
