$5.45 for a luke warm single bag basic black tea with slow service is a bit much. The fancy flavored teas were cheaper so I assumed regular would be a lower price. I admit I did not see regular tea on the menu and figured it would just be around the same price as other Starbucks locations. No line and plenty of time to let water heat if needed. Further they guard the sugar closely. Asked for sugar amd they put in the requested two packs. Did not ask what type of sugar or sweetener just asked if I wanted sugar and put two packets in my tea. A bit odd since usually Starbucks has a little prep stand.

I ordered a regular hot coffee with cream and sugar. It was the worst. Tasted like it was cooking all day. It was so burnt. My husband got a small black and he couldn't even drink his and he can drink some pretty bad coffee. I think I'll stick with dunkin. On the plus side, the cups were full.

I was visiting Fort Rucker for a day. I came in on a Monday at 9 am after driving 8 hours to the base and running on a few hours of sleep. There was not a line and it also did not take long for me to get my two drinks. While I was waiting, the women who work at Starbucks were able to give me recommendations for places I could eat breakfast at. I had no issues with the quality of my coffee and no issue with the taste of the refresher I saved for after lunch.

This Starbucks in particular is absolute the worst I’ve been to in awhile. Let’s start with the fact they skimp you on actual coffee being put in the cup. While most Starbucks will fill your cup to the top they will fill halfway and then the rest with shall I say great value half and half or if you have iced coffee the rest with ice. So AAFES is cheap with using less ingredients and cheap fillers. Will not be coming back here.

Just opening up everyone should understand that it takes time to train properly. We are also dealing with supply chain issues. They have always had top notch customer service. I couldn’t have imagine in 2008 when I was here there would be a Starbucks in the PX. I’m very grateful

The store had no iced cups except trenta and tall, and wouldn’t let me order any other size than the cups they had.Collegn, or however you spell it, was very, very rude and unhelpful.

My husband and I grab drinks from here every weekend. The employees are extremely kind, and the drinks always taste great!

Most of the time they are lacking something (cups, lids, milk). Some people that works there don't know how to explain what's in the beverages.Dietary restrictions: Oat milk, almond milk

Yikes… this place needs some serious help. The drinks are not good and I’ve given them several tries. Employees are undertrained.
