I like this place, it's just that there's always so many employees in the aisles shopping for online people. It's not just this location, though. It's every one I've been to. They will not move for u until they're done either. Other than that, it's fine. Meh

I did an online grocery pickup order and went to pick up my order when I was emailed it was ready. I went to where I’ve parked to get my grocery order up for over 3 years. There were no numbers. I parked in spot one without a number display. I sat there 10-15 minutes. A Walmart employee that was leaving told me where pickup had been moved to on the complete other side!!!! No freakin signs!!!Walmart Customer Service has gone WAY downhill and just keeps getting worse!!!

It's a great place, especially for me bc it's a one-stop shop without having to go to more than one store. I absolutely don't care for the self checkout. Walmart ain't paying me to check myself out nor do I get a W2 at the end of the year so I will absolutely stand in a long Ling just to be checked out by someone who gets payed to do it.

I was consistently followed around the store by one of their Loss Protection team - who had stalked me on Facebook via adding me/messaging me. I haven’t been back to the store since the end of 2019 due to this & their store team’s lack of care & investigation into this matter. They do not care who they care who they hire for the role - the more aggressive the better.

Don’t use any machine at the doors when you walk in.. it will just take your money an then tell you that is it out of order an the manger won’t give you your money back.. just another scam will not be back to that Walmart, the employees are rude an the manger doesn’t care if there store rips you off what so ever

On 12-28-2023 I was sick& in bed when my disabled male best friend called& asked me to meet him at this walmart to help him use his digital temporary healthy benefit card for food.i went with him on 12-22-2023&we used the same card but on this day of 12-27-2023 the cashier was not trained to use the digitial versions. So she called her manager.They both were having a problem using it so the manager sent us over to customer service where this older lady refused to help right away.She paged the manager to customer service that sent us to her & this manager now comes to customer service to say....I AM SORRY WE CAN NOT USE THE DIGITIAL VERSION OF THE CARD& I CAN NOT HELP WHO HERE LET YOU USE IT BEFORE❗REMIND YOU HE HAD JUST USED IT HERE @ THIS SAME LOCATION ON 12-22-2023 SO WE HAD TO LEAVE ALL OF HIS GROCERIES AT CUSTOMER SERVICE❗WHEN I CALLED(we)& told his benefit card company they could not believe this& said that they will be doing a complaint.I called back to tell the head manager at walmart here& he apologized & was shocked.He say that he had just gotten in but would investigate this.I also filed a complaint with the corporate office& waiting to hear from them before taking it to my attorney.This man left without food only because the cashiers that were involved is inexperienced on using the health benefit digitial food card.i am Author Sheila Pitts Nelms Hughes on facebook& THIS WAS SO SO UNFAIR& EMBARRASSING❗IT IS A TEMPORARY CARD TO USE WHILE HIS NEW REPLACEMENT IS BEING MAILED& IT IS NOT HIS FAULT THE TRYING CASHIERS HAD NO EXPERIENCE

On our way to Lake Michigan, our GPS made us take a detour and we got lost. 2 amazing employees, didn't get their names, gave us proper directions. We are eternally grateful. Best Walmart experience ever.

Love that WM is close by. Most of the time, the grocery area will have the food i was looking for. I'm not too crazy about their meat section. Sometimes, i will notice a package of meat on the cracker aisle or wherever. So I wonder if an employee picks it up and takes it back to the section it originally came from or throws it in the garbage, WHERE IT BELONGS. I want to think garbage, but I dunno. Other than that, I have no issues with WM. I hear people fuss about having to show their receipt upon exiting the store, but I usually just hold on to the receipt and store it later in my wallet. Not a big deal. When I hear people fuss about it, it always makes me think they must have had something to hide. But, everyone is different. I always feel bad for the WM employee who is standing there, having to deal with the person fussing about showing the receipt. Anyway, I'm so happy WM is close by and much much cleaner than the store on Seville. Overall, a great place to shop.

Poor employee customer service. Store policy to check receipt of "certain" people leaving the store. I showed my receipt, the old guy did not see my purchase and told me to point it out to him. I said that is your job, he said I had to pay for the water again. I refused since it is obviously on the receipt, I even pointed out the water to the cashier to scan and told him that. Another young female employee came by to check on him. I asked if I could exit with my groceries. She said no then asked to look at the receipt. She did not see it either and I had to go pay for it again. At this point the incompetence is enough so I hand the receipt to my 15 year old who shows it to them in 5 seconds flat. Basically 2 Wal-Mart employees asked me to do their job even though I didn't ask for help then got angry at me when I wouldn't do it. I charge $1,500 an hour for consulting, I don't work for nothing. These 2 adult employees couldn't accomplish 10 minutes what my 15 year old could in 5 seconds. They should be alarmed but we all know Wal-Mart only cares about their bottom line. I mean many customers were backlogged so you could make sure you got your $2 while purchasing over $200. Now waiting for the feedback splaining 👀👀

I've been going to this Walmart for years and have never put up with the rudeness from the woman behind the service desk, very rude and incompetent ! my daughter was with me and she even said the woman's tone was not professional and the way she acted was not professional

Went to get a queen size comforter set, was rather expensive honestly but I love it nonetheless. They had the self checkout closed, an then only had one or two workers with registers open. The lady checking us out didn't know what she was doing, let alone be the one who sales the cigarettes. She had to be told 4-5x that we wanted to charge $30 off of the card, an had the $1.15 in cash. She even still went on to charge my card for the full amount. Had to Simi get a rude tone (which I don't like nor normally do!) For her to understand. I said it at least 3x an my fiance did as well 2x before I had to completely break it down to her in order for her to understand what we was asking. Maybe she was having a bad night, idk but was very frustrating.

They were marking shirts on clearance for a dollar each, I was interested in some for my grandchildren. They ignored me and passed them around me to a man and his wife who told me they had a clearance closeout store somewhere else but had friends at different locations that would call them during clearance mark downs. The security team followed me around like a threat and went as far as to stand in line behind me at the checkout, and the greater checked my recept again when I exited the store, my shopping experience seemed like more of an inconvenience and even a more harassing experience than shopping.
