I love going to Five Below. They have some cute things for cheap. I do think they need a better way to check out people faster,instead one huge long line that just wraps around aisles. I also wish they would have more variety sometimes. Instead of seeing the same things there when I haven't been in 6 months. You'd think in that amount of time, something different would be in there and all the old stuff would not be $5 anymore. Or at least put it at a discounted price.

I used to have this rated 5 stars. It's now 4 stars because I had ordered a site to store pickup and barely half of it was fulfilled. I had a cart online ready to go but before I could buy everything it removed some items stating some of the things were out of stock which of course isn't a problem. They can't control what they have in stock during the holidays.My email had a note saying that due to lack of availability they did not fill the whole order - which is fine, except I went in there to try to find Christmas presents anyway even then though the site to store pickup was to decrease stress on myself.I found the "Hello Kitty" bowling set I wanted to get for my niece on a stack of more bowling sets (they had a few other character sets and a couple other of the "Hello Kitty" sets) that was removed from my cart entirely and my husband found a "Grogu" mug on a shelf of many that wasn't fulfilled due to "lack of availability". I was thankful we were able to get some of the items we wanted to get and I understand it's the holidays and it was very crowded in there when we went so it could have been difficult for them to fulfill the order. However, as a neurodivergent person I had a hard time going in there to try to salvage the trip as it was way too loud and there were a lot of people.The store is fine, you can get a lot of neat stuff from there, and the staff are nice. I would just be wary using site to store - at least during the holidays.

The Florence location is by far the best location I have been at! Tracey & Martin helped me on Oct 4 they took their time with me to find the items I was looking for! The cashier Kelsey was also super sweet! Keep up the good work Florence!!

Always fun. The whole family loves it. Lost of interesting selections... for $5 & Below. The only thing I hate about this place is that I want to spend all my money there. They just have so many things that I want. They have things that you wouldn't believe you could get for that price that you can't get for that price anywhere else. I recommend everyone going to this place to shop because I promise you will probably want to go back. It is a great place to take children.

The employees are not rude at all. However, they don't seem to say hello or much of anything at all which makes shopping and checking out there feel a bit awkward and rigid. Most things are up to 5 dollars and some tax, but the things you can find there are worth it. The environment seems clean enough and the location is convenient.

This is my new favorite place. They have a great selection. You can't beat the prices, and the staff is friendly. Everything we've gotten there has been of good quality too. Not cheap junk.

Went here for the first time. Has a lot of interesting things. They get different stuff on every truck so it's a hit or miss if you are looking for something particular you want but recommend them.

Great selection of things to choose from for a very affordable price of only $5 or below! Great place to take your kid to pick out a toy. Walk in & tell your kid they can have 4 or anything in the store & watch their faces light up, and all of that for only $20 max. There are no other stores like it! There are also really fun & unique mini-science projects that you can do with your kids, and they can learn a lot from them too. They even have items for people of all ages i.e. workout equipment, cell phone cases, cell phone accessories. I enjoy shopping here as much as my daughter does. We even decorated her room for pennies on the dollar with items we bought here.

I really don't know what has happened to this store but it's not even worth the trouble finding a parking spot anymore..it's always nasty & unkept, has a peculiar odor & the staff are ever changing. It also seems to be a romper room for unattended children.

Stopped by the store but couldn't even shop. Little boys about 12 or so running around screaming and playing basketball. One was holding hoop while other was dribbling basketball and even ran into my husband! We left there as fast as they were running! Poor cashier was at a loss as what to do. This was my 2nd similar experience in the last 6 months of going there. I haven't been back since last but thought maybe things had changed. But NEVER again!!!! I love the STORE but not the gym!!!!!

Large variety of products. Not all items are cheaper than you'd expect. Busy store and looks like they're struggling to keep the store neat and clean. Very messy, especially the shirts area in the store with items laying on the floor.
