A solid Loves that can get busy. . Just off the falkville exit it's pretty easy to get to with a nice wide entrance. During the day it stays very busy I've had difficulty before finding a pump. The attached McDonald's and subway attract a local crowd adding to the congestion. The McDonald's has a drive thru. In side the bathrooms are small and when it's busy they get pretty messy and dank. Food selection is solid though weirdly they don't offer canned sodas now only bottle. Beer is pretty limited. Like all loves they have some random gifts and trinkets and an excellent snack isle. As mentioned subway and McDonald's are attached. The subway tends to be less busy if you are in a rush. Coffee selection is average. Staff has always been very friendly with fast checkout and will let you know if there is a special on.

Super clean bathrooms! Large, clean parking and filling station areas! Two fast food options-Subway and McDonald’s inside. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is well-stocked and clean. In fact the employees were unpacking boxes when we were there. The 18-wheelers were arriving and departing on a regular basis so it must be a favorite among the drivers. There are two separate entrances for large trucks and automobiles. Well -marked! Grounds are well-maintained so our pup was able to get some exercise in a big field at a safe distance from traffic,Black and Gray water dump, air filling station, large propane filling tank available too.

Usually I just stop long enough to fuel my truck and be on my way. But, tonight I was able to shutdown and really check it out. The staff is very friendly, quick and very helpful. The store was tidy. The outside was very well maintained. What I really like the best was that they have a super huge grassy area for your fur babies to run around and play. The parking area was fairly empty tonight. Very quiet. Yes!!!So far, a great experience.

The restroom was very dirty with toilet paper all over. The stall I used was filthy, and hadn't been cleaned for a while. The paper towel dispensers were all empty. A single roll of paper towel which was soaked on each end was sitting on the sink. The counter was soaked with water and soap.

Clean bathroom and the cashier was very pleasant. Got a coffee and hotdog and was out fast to hit the road again.

We were getting gas here and the screen wasn’t working. So we canceled the transaction but we couldn’t get our credit card. So I went inside and had a friendly guy come and fix the gas pump. He gave us 10 cents of a gallon and was very pleased!

Ewww, this is a disgusting Loves! Arrived early (February 10th 2024) & stayed the whole night. Every time I went into use the ladies room. It was dirtier then before. The McDonald's located inside is just as bad. Dirty floors, trash. The Health department should be called. I informed an employee about the ladies room being dirty, out of paper towels & he said they get to it. Went back in & again still getting dirtier. No paper towels. This time I told the manger, named Linda. Whom throughout my time there constantly kept going outside smoking cigarettes & then throwing them on the floor. SMH! Very poor management. When I spoke with her she just said she was short on staff. She's the store manager this falls on her & instead of cleaning & being a team player taking pride in her store, she kept letting it get worse. What should I expect from a smoker whom can't even dispose of her cigarettes probably. Dirty, disgusting. To Loves owner of the store you should rethink her employeement & get someone whom makes employees work & work as a team. Cleans your store.

These guys at the tire shop Rock! Great service, great attitudes, generous with their time, efficient diagnosis of my problems. Taught me a thing or two. I recommend their services. Thanx Anderson and Brian. I am calling Loves to recognize them too.(Wish I could brag on the store, showers need serious attention, and attitude less than commendable from Some.

Have never seen the restroom as nasty as they were this evening. None of the stalls even had toilet paper. Paper all over the floor, floors black and sticky, and urine all over the floor in two stalls. I understand if they are short staffed, but finding time to clean is a must.

Extremely irritated. McDonald’s soda machine was down and the loves side lady told me I couldn’t fill it up because they’re not part of them. I used to work at a Hardee’s in loves and when the machine was down, we always directed customers to the loves side to fill up. Absolutely ridiculous.

Last Love Truck & Travel Stop before Birmingham on the I-65 South. This location has a McDonalds and Subway both open 24/7. The also have a RV black water dump place. Selling butane gas and all truck needs you can think off.

I used the showers. I'm a nontrucker but anyone can use. It was great. Very very clean, secure and private. Staff was great. Towels provided (body towel, washcloth and floor towel) if you want them. Soap is provided as well. If you arent prepared at all, it's no problem. Great water pressure. $17 well spent.

My family stopped in here a little after midnight trying to find a place open 24/7 to eat. The only thing open was Subway. The young lady who was working wasn't very friendly, and was more concerned about it being time for her break then trying to take our order. She reluctantly finally took our order, but gave off the vibe that we were incovenicing her. They were out of a lot of items ( meatballs, mustard, etc) My bf and son decided to get hotdogs from the convenience store section. They tried to ask a guy who worked there a simple question, and he was being a very hateful smart butt. He was sitting in a chair that was placed in the door frame between the subway and the entrance to the convenience store. And at one point was practically showing his butt raising his voice at my boyfriend. All because they wanted to know if they had any condiments for the hotdogs they wanted to purchase. There was one friendly worker who checked them out, but the rest of them treated us customers like a huge inconvenience on them. I'd suggest y'all do yourselves a favor and stop somewhere else with better customer service. I've been to numerous love truck stops, and this is by far the worst one. We will not be back.

Sat in line 24 hours for a filter ...a filter! Then, I asked to just buy the filter and do it myself ...against company policy I might add. If you need repairs, Google another place. Don't stop here!! .....A FILTER..!!!

Looks like it has recently been upgraded. Shower was pretty clean. Although the shower was set up for a midget. You have to kinda bend your knees and squat to get under the shower head. And I'm only 5'7. Water backs up because it drains pretty slow. But over it's just another typical loves.

The staff went above and beyond to help me on one of the worst days of my life, and to find the OTC medicine I needed.I am not sure of their names, but they were working 06/25/23 in the afternoon. They deserve a raise.Love’s showers are always super clean and good quality.

Disappointed. Normally going to love's it is clean. The bathroom was not clean. There were storage bins all over so unable to shop around. It did look like they were doing a reset in the coolers. But no one could get anything at all. Grabbed food from the rollers. Egg roll was hard as a rock. The other food was dry.

I love this place because it’s close and convenient to our home, recently, they have quit pre-washing your car with brushes and a sprayer. In fact, it’s unhooked every other location around the island. Does this kind of a bummer.

This location was good but not as great as the Evergreen location. Sure, it has clean restrooms and polite staff, but the hot dogs they had left much to be desired. Overall, good location to use the restroom and get snacks at, just don’t get the hot dogs.

As always, Love's is a great place to stop, especially for larger vehicles. This one had a Subway shop as well as showers. Very clean and organized with lots of goodies on the shelves.
