Phenomenal customer service especially Ms. Megan, she's a sweetheart. She's very patient, helpful and kind. I appreciate the employees at this store, they're very helpful. The meat department employees are also fantastic!! Just wish they woukd have a better selection of organic foods and Hispanic "Cuban" food. They mostly cater to Mexican style foods. Prices are reasonable as well.

Just left that store. Produce is disgusting.Cashiers appeared pissed off that they had to be at work. Not the friendliest place in town. Too bad. Wish there were more options here.

The clerk in the seafood department is the biggest help, 👌 with helping me to pick out the easiest to prepare meats and even suggesting other quick and easy ways to prepare my seafood, very hands on and helpful ❤️

I know good help is hard to get. The manager seem to have her hands full trying to get the help to do a good job. That is probably why the store needs a deep cleaning! I have seen worse but it really needs a cleaning.

Three stars because of the smell, but I know that EVERY Winn-Dixie smells like old seafood. The three stars are for the Staff, always helpful and great service at the register. This would be five stars if it didn't smell like old seafood. You can blindfold a person and send them into a Winn-Dixie and they would automatically know where they were.

First visit to this store. I'm from Texas, now in Alabama. It was clean. Lots of food choices. Shelves were stocked. Prices were good. Fruit looked fresh, meat too. Prices are a little higher than Walmart but the meat and vegetables were fresher and of better quality. Employees very friendly. I plan to go often.

I go here at least once a month . I love the loyalty card program they have. Helps you save money on whatever you buy in store. I go once a month to get baby food and baby formula , and diapers,etc. They have never let me down. I'm so thrilled and pleased they have what I need for my son right then and there and I don't have to wait for a truck to come in. Plus, it's not to far from the house so it's a bonus. The people and workers are VERY friendly. You should definitely check it out . It's basically like a Walmart just they have more selection for baby food and formula for sure!

OK place ...meats high...some selection not as great as other Winn Dixie stores. Pick and choose, veg good selection, though. Eufaula store the same as always.several weeks later this post... better stocked! some prices much better but still some $1 to several dollars higher than other stores in area and WD in other areas.

Winn Dixie have excellent meat. The store is well kept and very clean. You can find what you are looking for and if the store doesn't have what you need they will do their best to get it for you. The service is good.

I don't often as I would like to get to shop here. However the last time I was in the store and made some purchase's I didn't notice until I got home that some ground turkey meat and produce was not charged as marked on the package. Causing me to be billed an extra 36.00 and when I called and spoke to the manager on duty. She was professional and helpful after a short investigation she discovered that the printer that had printed out that day had miss printed. I was able to return to the store and return the items and receive a gift card to shop with. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my experience.

Love the staff... so friendly and helpful. I shop here for their great sales. Some regular price items can be kinda pricey compared to Walmart. They have a great selection of products though. Always stocked and clean.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars and I Love Winn Dixie is because of a cashier named Tori. I go in that store all the time, I live behind it and that Girl is about as friendly as a turnip root. I always seem to get her and it’s always the same. She never speaks, smiles and rarely look’s at me. Customer Service is important and if she isn’t happy with her job she should maybe find another one. I’m not trying to be mean just honest!!!

Greeted immediately upon entering the store with a big, nice sincere smile which set the tone of my shopping experience today. Nice, clean Winn-Dixie. Lots of Bogos. Produce section wonderful and very appealing. I could not remember my Winn-Dixie number and the check-out lady have me a "courtesy" number and saved me a lot of $$$! One of the cleanest grocery stores I've been in.

We stopped here on our drive to pick up waters and some healthy snacks. We ended up in this area because our map app missed directed us off of the highway onto a two lane opposing. It was interesting drive, probably would have been better if it was not dark... we went in, used their restrooms which were clean, and then shopped in the store. I was asked by three separate shoppers to help them with their shopping, I have learned that this Winn-Dixie has people dress in black outfits, and that’s what I was wearing. Yes, I did help their customers. They have a nice selection of deli meats and cheeses, there is a fairly large selection of adult beverages, produce was decent and hard goods had a reasonable selection. Staff at checkout were friendly. This location had what we needed and got us back on the road quickly.

My review is a tad late but hey better late than never, right? Anyways, my experience was very pleasant when I went to this location. I am a WinnDixie fanatic to say the least, and intend to work at one in the near future. I walked in, and was greeted by a friendly associate, and I was just blown away by how clean the store was, and the selection wasn’t half bad either! Got what I went in for, and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Definitely a must-go to place for all your shopping needs. If you’re in the Eufala area, Winn-Dixie Marketplace is YOUR supermarket!

Great customer service. However I did call and ask if they had a water dispenser so I could fill some water jugs, girl said yes and hung up, unfortunately you don't so kind of a wasted trip..

The store itself is great yet worker's need to learn how to be welcoming to customers. Smile, say hello and be hospitable to the customers. Remember customers are your pay check because without them you would be out of a job. Wesley could teach the other workers what southern hospitality is.

Ordered a refill for my wife (Heart) medication for rhythm. She takes a 25 mg pill that is split into and 1/2 in the morning and the other 1/2 around 4:00pm. I don’t normally check the doseage but today will filling up her pill box and breaking the new ones in 1/2 I wondered why they were a lot larger than the original ones. Checked on the bottle the new ones were 50mg twice what she takes. This medication could have bottomed out her heart and caused her lots of problems if she survived it. Changing from Winn Dixie to another drug store. I will say this that would never have happened when Josh the past manager or Pam was working in this department.
