So I was so excited to come here because I remember it being my favorite store. Seems like the meat department is the same but I thought to save some money and get the frozen steaks. 2 out of 3 were spoiled brown and had a sour smell. Around 50 dollars. I went back and they did refund my money. Check the frozen steak before you leave the store.

Rarely ever they have gas... when they do there is a flash mob of locals guzzling it up, due to it's amazing prize till its gone again... plus all the grocery basics you could think of and yummy grab and go eats including pizza and american favorites like corn dogs. Additionally, they have a very nice car wash-yourself and vaccum, all coin opetared, to give that special care to your vintage vehicles.

This place has some of the best jams! We have a large family so we buy bacon 5lbs at a time. Fresh meat at a very reasonable price!!

We love this place. It's a small grocery store but stocked well. The best part is the meat market their freshly made sausages are delish and got to try the pork eyes. They even have prime beef and tomohawk steaks.

I stopped in last Thursday to grab a few things on my way to Gulf Shores from Lillian. I got a little carried away at the Meat Market buying Stuffed Pork chops, 2 Porterhouse and Sausage. Everything was as good as it has always been, beyond expectation. The Butcher (sweet lady, didn't catch her name) as helpful and patient. Very happy and will absolutely be back soon.

Great little market in Elberta. I go there mostly for the butcher in the back of the store but they also have a nice selection of grocery and other items.

It has a lot of you don't have a larger sore near bye. A little over priced. But,to be expected since smaller business. Some weird items though. 1$ aloe lotion that seemed to be open. The laundry detergent was also open? Didn't realize til I was home.

Nice store with some good selection. They carry my favorite brand of hiland which makes me very happy because I haven't had it since I moved down here 2 1/2 years ago. Only thing I would suggest is to please try to get the hiland cottage cheese in stock. LOL

Highly disappointed. Everything over priced! Stopped for lettuce and to look around. (First time in store.). Chose a head of lettuce marked at 2.69 on cooler. It rang up at 4.59! I said something to the cashier and she said it was whatever the scanner rang it up as....... Needless to say, I will not go back! I will not recommend this place to others.😕

Awesome little store with a meat market and fresh vegetables. Price is a bit more but worth the value and shipping experience. Quick checkout. Hot food, pizza and wings. They have local jellies and sauces as well.

Have bought fresh butcher cut meats here for years. The quality is consistent and the best in the county. They will have your order ready and perfect for quick pickup if you call ahead and have some great prices on meats during holiday sale specials. Have never been disappointed here. If you find yourself within 20 miles of this place or even more it is worth the trip.

This is our go to place for meat. They have a meat market in the rear of the store that sells consistently top quality meat, of all kinds, including sausage. It is so nice to have the butcher show you what you are getting, front and back, before it is wrapped. Their prices are very reasonable. The rest of the store is small , but carries a little of about all you need, plus some locally made items and produce. They also have gas. It is an enjoyable grocery stop, with nice folks running the place.

Great service and Ground Chuck for 3.99 special all of April 2023. The ground chuck was great but the other other meats in the case looked dried out when we visited.

So impressed with the improvements that have taken over with the the new ownership. They have turned this into a real grocery store, albeit a small one. If you've heard anything about Elberta Grocery, it's that they have the Best meat counter. Their sausage is the most unique varieties you'll find. Never disappoints. At first there was a new guy that was not very friendly or polite, but as I have started going back again the younger gentleman is very nice and fits in much better with the friendly local atmosphere. Definite plus for our little town!

Head of lettuce was marked $2.69 and rang up at $4.59. The woman said I scan it. Bait and switch! Shelf says one price and the register says another. Who knows how many unsuspecting people are getting cheated and not know it. We will not go back and advise others to avoid the place. Not pleasant and left us feeling robbed

Its a good thing you still have the butcher in the back with great food otherwise you're running that place into the ground. And change the hours on here. I showed up at 7:43 tonight and wad told you close at 7:45. Who closes at 7:45???? I love supporting small grocery stores but unless I need meat im going somewhere else from now one.

Fantastic hometown grocery. It has all the necessities and more. There is a butcher and meat counter in the back, they have everything from sausage and steaks to stuffed mushrooms and fixings. There is also a Brothers Pizza inside as well. I highly recommend as its locally owned, operated, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Stop by for all your grocery needs.

Great country store, they even have a meat market that is AWESOME!! The employees are super nice and will HELP you if needed!! You can get lunch here real quick, not very expensive either!! Family friendly,I'd recommend this fine establishment to anyone looking to get a quick bite to eat, buy some meat, a few groceries and even a gas station to go with all of that!! Class A neighborhood grocery store!!

My fiance works here as a butcher! They carry the best fresh meat in the county! Cut to order at your request however you like! I highly recommend you give them a try! Friendly and fast!

Beautiful meat. The price of their leanest ground beef is at least a dollar less than the 80/20 ground beef at all the grocery stores in Baldwin County Jan 12, 2019., at $3.99 lb. ****$2.99lb for 80/20. Now, that's a bargain.Really nice guys behind the counter. Try the ghost pepper cheese, a spicy delight.
