Great Co-op! Beautiful healthy plants, trees and flowers and they sell Ocean Forest and Happy Frog soil! You will find all the best products and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. My go-to plant store.

I love the people here everyday great atmosphere. The only downfall for me is the lack of feed variety. I have chickens, ducks, a pig, turkeys, and rabbits. I would love to be able to get all my feed from one spot but they do not carry enough, if any at all of things like all flock crumbles. Also there prices are insane on the years for chickens and nothing for any of the others.

Love the CO-OP. I get all of my plants and seeds there. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. They make sure you get what you need and often tell you how to care for it. You can find products here that you will not find in the big box stores.

My first visit to Elberta Farmers Coop. My Daughter took me there to look for plants for my home. A kind Lady, Dena approached us and asked if she could help us locate anything special. Told her what I wanted and where the plants would be located. Dena promptly took us to a section with various plants, of all shapes and sizes; she also described in detail what to expect in the color, growth patterns, the smell of the flowers, and where the placement of the plant should be located; what a lesson we received about so many things we should know, soil, watering, sunlight, and the expected size of the growth pattern. She was amazing! She was approached by another customer, and excused herself for a few minutes.As we were looking vat other plants, another employee came over an asked if she could help; I asked her name; Mindy she replied! Mindy also answered questions about various plants, conditions, and what to expect. Mindy was very helpful, and kind.We chose the plants I wanted, and Dena returned to bag the plants for safety.Elberta Farmers Co-op is located about 1 block off HWY 98, in Elberta Al.I would give this Business, Elberta Farmers Co-op a 5 ⭐, because of the many various kinds of plants, and especially Dena, and Mindy for the time spent, the knowledge they provided, and their personal attention we received. I Will go back to this business for my plants, and the great customer service!11/30/2022Back to Elberta Farmers Co-op again to pick up some Juniper Blues for my plan of action for my front yard, assisted by Deena, who helped me prepare a overall plan for the large circle in my front yard.As usual Deena was there to assist with picking out the bushes, mushroom compost, and, and a supprise gift from my good friend Kathy Coates, Re-Max Realtor, who found my permanent home in Foley. Deena does it all, even loaded my stuff in my truck; Deanna is an exceptional person, and very knowledgeable about anything you need, to turn your property into a wonderful attractive yard. I've never had a bad experience. Deena in the nursery/plant area is very knowledgeable about local conditions. They try to get their plants - especially the trees and bushes - from places within just a few miles so they are used to the climate. And they've got anything you need for the farm. Gas pumps are on 24/7.

I love this place. Lots of different brands for lawn and garden maintenance. Lots of different plants that you don't see at the big box stores. Employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every item in the store.

I was looking for an exotic fruit plants and some materials for my craft project, so I decided to go here and I was able to find what I was looking for to finish my craft project. I bought a healthy Calamondin tree for a reasonable price, a Sphagnum/Spanish Moss, and other items for reasonable prices. Most of all the staff are down to earth and excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend this place to other people to go to this place and shop.

What can you say about the co-op they have everything for farmers do it yourselfers any homeowners in the area the garden center is by far and away the best I buy fruit trees there and all the plants for my garden vegetables and stuff like that Miss Nina is a world of help the store has everything at good prices they even have a gas station that's 24 hours a day that sells good quality fuel at a reasonable price
