Bought about $45 worth food at this location. The manager and 3 young girls working there was hateful and my food was incorrectly made and RAW. My son is allergic to ketchup and all had ketchup, had to give him shot of epipen due to this! This is not acceptable at all!!! I also have called for the past hour and half over 18times with the phone busy everytime.

I usually don’t like writing bad reviews but this McDonald’s has completely changed in the last week. I came here once on Tuesday of this week and for one I had a random hair in my fries. It was a little off putting but i thought I’d give them another chance to make up for themselves cause it very well could’ve just been a bad day a lot of fast food places have it so no judgment. But I came today again and it was just terrible. The lady who took my order was extremely kind and lovely but the man who handled the drive thru register just carelessly threw our change into my grandmothers hand and dropped a good portion of it. That I kinda ignored because it might’ve been an accident and I don’t technically need all of my loose change. However when we went up for our order our diet Dr Pepper had no ice and wasn’t filled fully. The chocolate shake was also kinda lower than usual? And then the lady was trying to give us a completely different order of chicken nuggets and a happy meal? We had to tell her multiple times we didn’t order that and ordered just a fish and some fries but they tried handing us up to 2 different bags and even had another lady come in asking us about another order too before they finally gave us what we thought was our right order. But no they gave us a random Big Mac and didn’t even have the large fry part of the order. It was honestly just super disappointing because we waited awhile in line but I hope either management or so fixes up any issues rn

Avoid this McDonald's at all cost! This McDonald's is one of the nastiest restaurants i have ever walked into. After a trip through the drive thru i found myself have to go inside to discuss the nasty discovery i found on my quarter pounder with cheese. Apparently after the manger looked at it she determined the toaster belt was falling apart and it had some how gotten in my food. Instead of refunding my money she basically just took the hamburger in the back and picked off the wire and plastic from the belt trying her best to convince me it was a different sandwich and it was definitely not! Avoid this nasty McDonald's at all cost

The wait was horrible. After 5 min wait at the speaker and a worker came to the speaker and said give me a minute. Then Waited 15 minutes in the drive through before my order was taken. I upsized my fries only to get my order and the fry container had enough fries to fill maybe a medium order. No one ever apologized for the long wait or anything. So I will say it's not normally this bad but today was horrible!

Ordered a Burger and this is how it came full of grease dripping out of the Box from the bag from the Burger Mayo lathered all over It when asked for light mayo. I spent over thirty bucks for a big meal for my family and it was absolutely disgusting greasy mess. I have never been to a mcdonald's that has given poor food service as badly as this place has. I live in town and I Will never be back I will drive to jasper from now on to get food. That mcdonald's is a disgrace to the company name and franchise that it holds.

They cannot take speciality item orders to mention a few things wrong with them and don't expect a napkin. Out of my last 3 visits I received one napkin one time. They're almost as bad as the kids running taco bell or Jack's. None of the fast food restaurants in Sumiton and Dora can get your order correct these days. I've stopped eating out because of it.

This is a wonderful McDonald's. We never have any issues with this one. I love extra sauce on my Big Macs and They always give me a little side of extra Big Mac sauce!!Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for kids.

Got in line and ordered two hamburgers xtra ketchup and pickle, cheeseburger combo large sized with a coke, crispy chicken and a big mac xtra sauce, we were pulled down and had to wait thirty minutes, by the time it hit thirty minutes we went inside to see what was taking so long only to see the food being made just then, once we got the food we checked everything and the two hamburgers had xtra pickle but not xtra ketchup and there was no mustard or onion, then once I checked the big mac and it had a quarter pounder bun, no xtra sauce, and the meat on the middle bun was cold. Went inside to get the big mac replaced, then had to wait an additional ten minutes before they began on the remake, and once they began they threw it together sloppily and tossed it for the runners to bag. I then checked it again and it looked like a child threw it together and was completely sloppy. On top of that, they had at least fourteen people there in the front, including window and grill. Then once we had explained we had been there forty minutes all we got in return was "Sorry about that. ". I have never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant before and I will definitely not be going to that McDonald's to eat ever again.

Do you know how absolutely consistently TERRIBLE a place has to be for me to leave a review? The last 3 times I've gone have been the worst fast food service I've ever had. Just tonight, our sandwiches had very clearly been sitting in a hot window for hours. They were hot, soggy, and honestly made me wanna puke. Our nuggets were hard and tasted burnt, like old grease. They were so disgusting, I couldn't even feed one to the dog, she spit it out. Somehow, neither my girlfriend's frappe nor my sweet tea were even passable. The fries, despite being lukewarm, were probably still the best part of the meal. It was just that bad. I feel like it's a hard task to mess up every SINGLE part of an order, but they found a way. 3 times is enough for me to learn, I'll never come back here.

I guess don’t ask for extra sauce because it comes out like this, a MESS. Not trying to be a Karen but this is ridiculous and this isn’t the first time they did this. Very disappointing. Here’s photo proof, I open up the box and it just looks like a mess. Good job McDonald’s. I can’t even eat it bc how sloppy and messy this is! Legit the cardboard gets soggy bc of it. Legit Disgusting and Ridiculous.

Got a very simple order wrong while not busy at all. Buns were hard and somewhat burnt. The patties on the big Mac were smaller than they were supposed to be, asked for ketchup and mayo only on two double cheeseburgers one had onions as well and the other didn't have mayo, sweet tea was supposed to have no ice but had it anyway. The McChicken had almost no mayo or lettuce and the fries were way over salted.

Workers were very nice and fast. I just ordered a Frappe but I went through the drive thru and there was like 4 cars in front of me and I was out the line within like 2 minutes.Parking: They have plenty of parking and then if there's not enough at the McDonald's there's a shopping center right next door where you can park.

Update - stopped by to grab breakfast biscuits on way to Birmingham. The young ma taking orders was extremely polite, professional and personable!!! Awesome to have young (eh he may be i n his 20s) folks with a good work ethic! However, the bacon, egg and cheese biscuits were missing eggs!Reminded us why we haven't been to McD's in a long time. Dried out food. Workers that treat you like trash...

Placed a mobile pickup order for the drive thru on 4/16. When I arrived I saw that the drive thru line was a little long. Decided to opt into in store pickup only to find upon entering that the lobby was closed. I got back in the drive thru line unable to opt back into drive thru pickup. When I reached the intercom I was told my order was invalid. I asked if they could close it out as my card was already pending a charge. I was ensured it would not go through because the order was invalid. As of today, the charge has gone through for the total amount. I have called the location 4 times and have not had anyone answer the phone. I don’t recommend this location :(
