Grilled cheese wasn’t cooked. They didn’t give me the second patty I ordered. Machine was out of Coke, even though I paid for it. Server ignored me for first 5 minutes I was there. There appeared to be a meth addict there.First time at whataburger, can’t say I’m impressed.That being said, the burger was pretty good.

Fantastic! A definite must stop. We have been to a lot of Whataburger’s through the years but this is the closest to what the Texas tradition is all about. Clean, I mean super CLEAN! The perfect 100 Health Score as you walk in says it all. You know the menu so we won’t waste your time there. Clean parking lots, friendly greeting, clean counters/kitchen, fast service, and clean seating. Catching the theme here? Oh yeah, and clean bathrooms. Food could have been marginal with how well this place is run. But it is most definitely not. Hats off to this well oiled machine. Keep up the great work!

We were passing through Clanton and stopped in for the first time to Clanton Whataburger. We were greeted with the friendliest service I've ever experienced. Our kids were given little eggs with a toy and free meal (for Easter) and the staff was genuinely happy and nice to us. Everything was so good I took the time to write a review! 5 stars

This Whataburger location went above and beyond to make our visit excellent. The staff was friendly and did not hesitate in making our special order. The food was hot and fresh and our to go order was specially made and packed for our long drive home.

We are traveling from TN, and seen that there was a Whataburger on our way to Gulf Shores so we decided to stop. For my first time trying this restaurant the food was delicious, and fresh. The girl who brought us our food, and who offered free condiments was very nice. The only issue was the amount flies around the restaurant, and the standing water on the floor. I'm sure once that is taken care of it will be 100% top notch!we will visit again.

Awful drive through service!! We didn’t mind the wait but after that our order was wrong, ordered onion rings instead of fries and specified that. Asked for spicy ketchup and after being told to pull up after paying, asking again please include the spicy ketchup it was not there. We love this place but it’s hard to keep coming back after this. I would hope to here back because the cashier was very rude and to much playing inside by employees for this to happen. I’m including a receipt to see!!! Please make it right and make me want to come back??? And I see you respond to nothing??? How about making things right if you want people to come BACK!!!!

This location has times when the service and food are wonderful and times when they are terrible. I visit this location roughly 2x per month because I live near it. Tonight I was very disappointed. They were getting better consistently until a few weeks ago. I always get a Whataburger with just meat, cheese, ketchup, and Mayo. The last two I had looked like a disaster (messy and squished). Tonight my fries were also cold and stale, and they didn't even add my cheese! But I looked at the receipt and got charged for it. I wish they would hire good managers and employees. If you visit this location, go during lunch hours because the food and service are 1000x better.

My first ever whataburger burger. I got the bacon cheese burger. I was always told that this place is up there with InNOut, five guys, and shake shack.. it is NOT. Above average for fast food. Wouldn't drive out of the way for it.

What's the hyped? The burger was good. I will give them a 2 thumbs up for having big burgers and with flavor.. The drive thru person was really nice. Thank goodness we got there before the rush.

First time here. Burger taste just like BK. Delicious. Fries were good too and they have a good brownie. Couldn't really choose how I wanted because of rude cashier who looks like she hates her job, but comes to work everyday. Not a welcome or greet, she just got to the counter and was like, you ready to order. I'm like "NO"... She decided to just stand there and watch me til I'm ready to order. Other than that it was a ok place to visit. Another of senior citizens come here I guess. 😆Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

We are traveling and decided to stop for food and if was great because they serve lunch all day as we didn’t want breakfast. When we arrived inside we were greeted immediately. Our cashier was phylisha and she was super friendly and helpful deciding what we wanted to eat. Our food came out quick and was fresh and hot. Was kind of nervous to try it after reading horrible reviews, but I had to post mine since everything was perfect!

I'm sure the food is fine, as I love Whataburger in other towns, but this one stunk like garbage and the bathrooms were filthy which turned me off immediately. It wasn't even busy!We didn't eat, so this is only about the appearance and smell. I'd be happy to give them a try again once they clean up.
