The quality of this Walmart has gone downhill in the last few months since they've closed down most of the self checkouts. There were 4 people working at the self checkout this morning, We needed to cancel an item and it took 3 different times asking for the workers to finish up chatting about nothing to come help, as we're just standing there.If the idea of closing the self checkouts was to deter theft I could have walked out with half the stuff in my cart because the workers were not paying attention, maybe the manager should be doing something about this. It was never like this when Tyson Elrod was over it.

I always get the box of 60 eggs. They were never cracked until I got them recently. 3 eggs were busted on top and when I raised the top egg holder 3 more eggs was busted on the bottom. It was a mess. I don't understand why stuff here gets broken but I never open the 60 eggs box till I get home. The box has tape over it. Eggs are sky high now.

Overall, a good place to get everything you need in one stop. This Walmart is not as up-to-date or as nice as other Walmarts. I have never had any major issues here. The customer service workers are fantastic. I order lots of clothing online and they make returning things that don't fit easy!

Stopped by at around 6pm on April 14th 2024 to pick up some items for the week. This store is one of the dirtiest, unkempt stores in the Country. It all begins with the parking lot that is strewn with bottles, cans, fast food bags and other debris. Not much cleaner in the store.

The selection of items is not that great to be a super center. The grocery pickup is horrible. Most of the time, you don't get your complete order, and they have to re pick it. Several times, I have had to wait over an hour for my order. It's not worth it. It's so much easier to go inside and get it yourself.

Well stocked and decent prices! The employees are friendly and professional. I can tell you that this store is leagues ahead of many in California.

My mom and I are both disabled and check out is such a hassle! Oh but today was so much different! We were both exhausted and pulled up to self checkout and an angel greeted us in the form of the self checkout assistant Julie! She did everything for us and did it with a smile! She was such a a breath of fresh air amongst the chaos of the holiday season! If you ever find yourself in our situation, look for Julie and I guarantee your day will be better instantly! She deserves and award!!

I hate going to Walmart and I'd give it no stars if I had the option. If you want me to check myself out then check my receipt I'll make it as difficult for you as I possibly can also. 4 employees at self checkout each side would open 6 or 7 cashiers and 2 people with a city cop (whoa Selma what's up with that). Text that receipt and tell them your phone is at home

Just left my cart. Save time with scan n go. Wait 20 min at self checkout because only half are open. The only non- sell checkout lane that was open had an even longer line.This is just stupid.

As usual, finding an employee, asking for help and getting it was nearly impossible. I dared to asked if I could have some assistance to have paint mixed. After an eye roll and a big sigh. I was told, it was not their department. This one was leaning against a wall, on their cell phone. Turning down another 4 isles. I found another one talking to a fellow employee. Asked for assistance again. Again, I was told, it was not their department. But that they would page them. I walked back to the paint counter after hearing the page, waited 30 minutes before the first employee that I had encountered, walked up to the counter. In a very rude manner, asked what I needed. I told them I needed paint mixed and that I had just told her almost an hr ago that I needed paint mix and she had told me that it wasn't her department. She stated that she had been on break and that when she's on break, it is not her department. I was stunned, turned and walked away. I used to love to go to Walmart but I'll not go back to that one.

Standard walmart experience. Don't expect help from employees and try not to get run over by the ones running through the already cramped overcrowded isles with huge carts collecting items for the people who are too lazy to come in and do their own shopping. This particular location was somewhat cleaner than most but it's a pretty low bar so don't go expecting much.

Never any staff around when you need help. When you do find someone, the are generally rude. Not what Walmart used to be. Someone really needs to revisit the way Sam Walton did things.

PROS.....Kaye Nelson in particular was very helpful in 3 different departments helping me find what I needed for a birthday present. I have encountered other wonderful staff members that are quick to reach out and help when needed.Cons...Meat selection is right at the expiration date.Mostly self check-out.The Pick-Up-And-Go shoppers in the store take up a lot of valuable shopping room and are not so quick to get out of the way.

Since opening they have rearranged this location soo many times. Every time you go in there something has been moved... Too spread out and they have limited a lot of their products and pricing is nowhere near as competitive as you would think.... Aisles have also been shrunk and so passing another shopper is quite a task in itself.... Don't understand why reduction in product line stock was met with reduction in aisle width.... You would think completely opposite ... They were busy at it today... Pulling all Halloween stuff and putting up CHRISTmas items! What about Thanksgiving????
