I waited in the pharmacy drive through line for 25 minutes and then saw the drop off only line drove up and the attendant told me it did not work. I had to drive around the building and wait another 15 minutes for 5 additional cars to go ahead of me. The should have posted a sign so people are not misled and not have been snotty over the intercom about it being too bad about you driving up to the drop off line.

I usually always have a very pleasant visit there but there’s this one guy in there that makes my visit unpleasant. He has a ponytail. His attitude isn’t the best. Corrected him today on my coupons that I had on my account and seemed to not like it.

My Clanton, Alabama CVS is a very good pharmacy to shop at. It is clean and bright, and the staff is always helpful and pleasant.

This place is terrible you have to wait forever to get a prescription filled while the employee's walk around chatting like they have nothing to do definitely not the place to go if you feel bad and need your meds...the drive through is even worse don't use it unless you have a hour of time and a dull tank of gas

My pharmacy, staff and and all are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are always helpful and informative, educate and know my allergies. They will even call my Doctors with problems or refills. Love my CVS!!!

My daughters medication was called in over a week ago. I drive thru to pick it up and I’m told it will be a wait because it’s not ready. I’ve got phone calls every day from the pharmacy telling me it’s ready. Now I’m told it will be a wait if up to 2 hours. Don’t use this place.

I wish I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars. I have never had an employee at a pharmacy handle me and talk to me the way the blonde lady with super short hair did tonight. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. Ever.

i filled out the survey but i do not think it got saved.i want you to know i love clantons cvs crew i feel more like a friend to whom all of the employees wants to help.i never feel i am in their way and all they want to do is help me as much as possible.i never feel i came at the wrong time etc.they have no problem with my lack of knowledge of medication and seem to want to take the time to make sure i understand what i need to do for myself and my family.i feel safe and that my needs is all that matters and they have no problem giving that comfort to me and my family.
