Sep 21 2023 I am now on my way to the police Station 9:17pm. Order a burger and fries. The white sauce looks like someone did something dirty to it. It's slimy and lumpy. AND IT HAS THE TEXTURE OF Hogspit. It never looks like this at all anywhere else I eat from. I am pressing charges promise!!

The female manager is very rude. Every time I have been in there she is rude and never smiles or says thank you or anything nice. I believe tonight is the last time I will visit the Childersburg location. I visit Dairy Queen at least once a week and I believe I will take my grandkids to Sylacauga Dairy Queen from now on. They treat us with respect and kindness.

Absolutely love it!!!It never fails!!Really fast service!!I'm a regular here now, and the place is clean! The food is always hot and ready never cold NEVER!!it doesn't smell, it's not dirty outside of the restaurantthe bathrooms are really clean as well. The parking lot is especially clean!!So you can't say this place os notgreat quality service! 10 out of 10.

Sam and his staff are great!! We stopped on our way to Texas and were greeted by a friendly staff and very clean restaurant. We told the manager we were from out of town and he offered us samples of menu items he thought we’d like, and he was RIGHT! Highly recommend!

Food was Good and Fresh and I didn't have to wait long. They were friendly. The restraunt is clean. I've eaten there 3 times. 1 time pick up thru drive thru and the wait wasn't long and they were very polite. Inside the wait wasn't long either and they were polite and everything is clean. I would recommend visiting DQ if your in town.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a tropical Blizzard, they didn't have any coconut so I got bananas and pineapple only. I also ordered two large Cheeses Curds. That order was $23.00. The Blizzard was more like a milkshake it was terrible. The woman at the window where I paid didn't speak very good English and was hard to understand when I placed the order at the drive thru I had to repeat the order a few times before she understood. She was nice but like I said hard to understand.
