I absolutely loved Robin and her team!! They did a great job with my golden doodle, Miller! I was nervous and explained that he had gotten a few mats within the past month. I told them to please save his length but I would understand if they needed to shave him. But they worked patiently to get the few mats around his neck out and he was able to keep his fluffy coat!! He also smells AMAZING!! I am beyond happy with the job they did!!

I have taken my Acie poo there a few times and I have received great service each time. I decided on getting his hair cut the last time and Robin called me before she did it just to verify again with me that I was okay with it. I loved the cut and wish I had done it sooner. They open up super early and always fast at scheduling appointments.

Sorry, but they couldn't get my girls nails done. She fought them. And she is really not that way. Where I usually take her it's not a problem. At least they didn't charge me .

I will definitely be going back as long as they will keep grooming my chase.I was very pleased with the way they groomed him.I like the way you can walk your dog back to the kennels also love that you don't have to leave your baby there all day long .you can tell them what time you would like to pick them up and they will have them ready they were very friendly and the price was reasonable I don't have no complaints. If you could give a 10 star that's what mine would be. I highly recommend Robin's pet boutique

Best experience ever!!! Everyone is incredibly friendly: genuinely interested in the dogs and their needs. They really take time to talk to both people and dogs. They did an awesome job grooming Caine (my standard poodle). He looks like a whole different dog and I'm sure he 100% feel better. I really appreciate Robin and her staff for thier patients and helping me understand my pup better... They are awesome!#thierforevercustomer

Great Boutique my baby looks absolutely wonderful the ladies here understood me and my dog they took it slow with my baby we were both nervous. They let me call and check on her they advised me on what she needed and they were exactly correct I loved it Robin said I won't push her to do more than she can handle we will take it slow,loved that. another lady walked me through each step showed me where they take them to go out at .. just over all a great experience, very clean , loved each lady they were so patient I love you all we will be backthankyou again

This place is so amazing. The staff is professional, respectful and the quality of service is the absolute best. Also, the quality of work is second to none. They always deliver and have my pups looking so fresh and clean. I tried several other groomers and felt like just another customer but Robin makes me feel like more than just a dollar. Took my 2 basset hounds and they came home so soft and smelling so pretty. There nails were cut an filed, the really seemed like they lived there adventure. I like that they can be dropped off and not picked up til end of day before closing. They also came home with gift bags for being good. I just loved the whole experience. They will be back this Comig Tuesday when they open. My husband droppes them off on way to work and picks them up on way home. It's. Just perfect. Very sweet people that spoiled my babies.

I love my pup’s new look! I have a poodle and her hair had matted on the ears. They worked them out and trimmed her and now she looks adorable. The boutique is always clean and they do their best to work us in when we don’t have an appointment. Thank you ladies!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at Robin’s Pet Boutique. I have a Mini Golden Doodle that is 4 months old. I came in and wanted him groomed. The owner’s daughter and the owner, Robin, knew he had some mats in his fur. We had gone on vacation for a week and while we were gone his fur had gotten matted. I told them both that I wanted to keep his fur long, and showed them a picture of how I wanted him groomed. Not once did either of them say that he would need to have his fur cut short because of the mats. I come to pick him up, and he looks nothing like the picture. His fur has been completely shaved off. I asked for a discount which the daughter said they don’t normally do, but that she would ask her mother. Robin comes out front and is unprofessional and rude. She tells me to just leave. Not once was I rude or disrespectful. I only said that they should have called me and told me before they shaved his fur. She had no reply when I asked why she didn’t call me. Also, I had an appointment at 6:30 a.m. I said that I would be back at 12:30 p.m. to get him. He still wasn’t ready by then so I had to get him at a later time. They didn’t even feed him while he was there all day due to them not having him ready at 12:30 p.m. That will be the last time that my puppy goes there for grooming. Please think twice before bringing your pet here.

They are awesome! Not only did they give me total comfort that my dog would be in great care but when I picked her up they were all so great that my 17 year old “mama dog” didn’t want to leave.. at one point she went and laid on the bottom shelf that was empty and they just let her hang out! We were very pleased with the price, how great our mama dog smelled and how wonderful everyone was!

The girls here did a great job with my husky who hates being groomed! He got his first bath in two years (other groomers couldn’t get him to let them bathe him) and he looks great. So glad we found this place!

Prices are unbeatable, but not a professional groomer. If you need a quick bath and trim, awesome, but no shedding services and did not do breed cuts. Very communicative, accept walk-ins, and very polite. A cute and much needed option in calera, Al.
