This Publix is the closest grocery store to home so I go here quite a bit. Plenty of parking here and the staff are really nice who work here too. Prices are pretty standard and they have a good selection of all the usual necessities. I haven't ever got any of the prepared foods here so can't comment on that but they also do have a selection of Auburn gear (and Bama gear 😤 too).

This store can’t seem to keep things in stock. I’ve come several days in a row for some items I frequently buy there and the items stay out of stock for days on end.

While there for the SEC swim & dive meet last weekend, we found our car to have a flat tire in the Publix parking lot. The young man that was grabbing carts in the parking lot noticed our situation and offered to help us change the tire. He ran inside and grabbed his manager and both of them quickly changed it so we wouldn’t miss our flights home! That was above and beyond customer service! I will always shop at this Publix and send my soon to be Auburn Tiger to get groceries here! 🧡💙

Missing a few things from multiple sections (creamer for one), and the bananas were in bad shape. All of them were busted, bruised, or over-ripened.This location has historically been good, but we've had a ton of issues over the last couple of years with sour milk, sour half and half, and poorly maintained fresh foods sections. Some days seem good, other days like today ( Jan 7 2024) things are not so good...

This place used to be top notch in all categories . They always had much higher prices , however it was worth it . Now here we are same high prices, and the management has been horrible . From trying to get food from the deli an hour before they close , and being refused service . Furthermore , six employees standing around doing nose goes to see who will help you . Very poor practice and I imagine the profit margins will reflect .

Stood at the bakery 15 mins and no one asked me if I needed help ! It was at least 4/5 ppl there . A white lady walked up and got assistance immediately. And y’all wonder why we think white ppl is prejudice!!!

The story is clean, and everyone is so helpful! I'm from Texas, so the prices were a little steep for me, but the staff and their friendliness makeup for that! They also have some great variety.

A normal day at the market and everything went smooth. Nice selection in the store and the staff was super friendly, it’s much appreciated these days. J would recommend this Publix to anyone in the area. Checkout was quick and easy as well

Ran in really quickly to pick up a couple of items we weren't able to find at Walmart. As always, we were able to find everything. The store was well stocked and clean. This is my favorite grocery store to shop at.

The Publix itself is as expected. We always get good services and they have a good variety for the buy one, get one. The 4 star rating is due to the subs. I ordered online and was given a time. I had shopping to do so check and the subs were not there, I was a bit early so no big deal. Went and shopped, pick up time came and went and no subs. I did ask and found they were being worked on but with absolutely no sense that some line was waiting or that the time was already 10+ minutes past pickup. They were not very busy so that I would have understood. Then there was an error on one of the subs, again not a huge deal but 5 stars, high expectations. I would go back but expect my sub to not be on time.

Seem to always have issues in the deli! It’s not just this store, it must be a Publix issue. They never have your order ready when you use the App and they were out of green beans on the hot bar! How is that possible when the deli is right next to the produce section and just down from the canned green beans isle?
