I wasn't pleased with Spencer cut on this second time around the person who groom him went to far with the cut even when they had pictures of him from the first time I was very pleased that's why I went back but he was not done by the same person. Everything else was perfect down to customer service hours and great work in if dropped off early.

My boxer loves it here and trusts every employee. We board him here when we go out of town and can't take him with us. Each time he's excited to be there which is unusual for him as he's not super trusting. And great for grooming needs too!

I have a 12yr old arthitic German Shepherd Mix who weights about 100lbs. She cannot stand for long but she loves this place. I started taking her there because her undercoat was just to thick for me to cut. She comes out looking and feeling great. They do a fantastic job on her. The girls there are very very nice and definitely know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

Greatest groomers I have ever taken my dogs to. They are wonderful. My dogs love ❤ going there they are always happy 😄 to see the staff and they alway look and smell so good when I pick them up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer for their pets. Because they don't come no better then K-9 Kleaners & Resorts they are the best. Thanks girls for loving my babies the way you do. I have no idea what I would do without you girls.

I boarded my pet's here twice. The staff is WONDERFUL, accommodating, and friendly. Reasonable pricing, and top notch care make this place a cut above the rest!

My dog at first was ok there, they did a good job. 3rd time my dog was very scared when he realized where he was about to go. I blew it off and then the 4th time he was terrified and hid under my legs screaming. I picked him up and he was soaking wet. They had him for 7 hours. The owner argued with me wouldn't listen and then made excuses about covid and employees. They charged me over 20 dollars more than usual. Never again.

Clean and in good shape. The staff was kind and caring. I will use them again.I would have given them 5 stars but for 2 issues.1. They only take cash.2. It's $ per day, but they don't tell you 1 day is from 9 to 5. I expected a day to be 24 hours, so I ended up paying double what I expected. Well worth it, but a rude surprise on top of them not taking cards.
