I visited the location at Wooley Springs and Highway 251 today alot of the shelves were bare, I finally found a couple of the items I needed and when I went up to pay for what I found the terminal that I used was not working properly and the lady that helped me with it was so very nice (I think she may have been a manager) but, like I said she was so nice and very courteous she was having to leave after she helped me I picked up a flyer that was there and when I got to my car I noticed it was for a couple of weeks ago so I went back in and asked the two young ladies that were still in the store if it was still good or not as I did that the long dark haired one (didn't get her name) never looked up at me while I was talking she was on her cell phone and continued to text the whole time I stood there the other young lady that was working (didn't get her name either) answered me but she acted as if I was bothering her with my question and she never made eye contact either. I visit alot of Dollar General's in the area and I have never been treated like I was today; it was very disappointing.

They told me they don’t do cash app that the dollar store don’t add money on cash app wouldn’t even scan my barcode after I told here it scans then the draw will open I said you need to talk to your corporate manager because dollar store has been doing cash app for years

This was a misserable place to go. Tge last several weeks the store has been almost 40 degrees with a lady working there claiming she is in menopause! So the ac is litterally so cold you can hang meat in there! We could see our breath inside the store. Everyone was complaining about it and the lady who is spending the atoew money on the over the top ac bill is extremely rude aboit it. We wont be going back.

They best person in that store is Codi Ray by far. Everytime I go in their she is stockong shelves, or fronting things, will show me where things are.Their is and older lady their that is constantly talk bad things about your employees their. I even seen this older lady i think her name is linda outside, looking like she was selling something to someone.

An employee said "Hello" when my husband and I walked into the store. The store had what we came for plus alot more. Cashier was extremely friendly and wished us a "Merry Christmas" when we finished checking out.

I live within walking distance of this store and choose to go to another 5 miles down the road.1.nasty dirty shelves ,floors, and clutter2. Out of stock (usually sitting in carts in the middle of the floor)

Friendly service- if you need something specific they will order it for you! Place is organized & well stocked. The discount section has lots of stuff to dig through & if you're willing to search they have nice clothes & under garments!

*****BE VERY CAREFUL TURNING IN OR OUT HERE!! I HAVE SEVERAL WRECKS******Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is sometimes disorderly. Lots of things available to keep you from having to drive "to town" but brand variety is sparse. Sometimes great deals and sometimes you're paying for convenience.

Easily got in and out with what I needed. Giving 4 stars mainly since I don't like the new floorplan layout DG's are going to. They don't have a lot of room for their extra sale items so they always end up putting them in the open areas right as you walk in the door. Which just makes it harder to maneuver.

Should have called it Ruble General, not Dollar. They only had out of 2/3 items I was there to get. Out of grain free dog chow, a prepaid phone, and a $1 candle, I left with the easiest one on the list, a $1 candle and a gross candy bar that halfway thru got thrown out the window -- Which I'll aknowledge wasn't their fault, but still, it only added much more disappoints... Much disappoint, at much lack.

What can I say? It's perfect if you're not wanting to go grocery shopping and just a few items you need. Or if you live really far out they are some people's grocery store...

The staff was super friendly and helpful. At one point, all three employees were scrounging the store just to help me find a battery-powered candle.

This place feels like they crammed a regular Dollar General in half the space. Very claustrophobic. The workers look pretty defeated. A good cleaning would go a long way, too.

Older ladies were hogging the register making the poor clerk ring up a bunch of clearance candy , paying separately each item and didnt know how to use a debit card.shpuld have someone else check out the other people waiting in line.bad for business.will not be back!Get a clue how to deal with situations people!

In and out in a flash, hot everything I was needing for under $12.00. 1 pack of Hamburger buns, 32 case of water, 3 2 litter drinks, and 2 20 oz drinks. Great prices for name brand items😀😀

Nice new store but doesn't carry any clothes like the other stores do. I needed something quick and wasn't able to buy clothes like a shirt & shorts

Closes when they want to. Will put handmade sign saying closes at 400 pm that day or closes at 700 pm. I think they are not watch close by their DM.

It's not so huge that it takes 10 min to get to 1 item however you can get everything that you can at Wal-Mart almost but can be in and put in no time and the cashiers are very polite and know who you are when they see you

Cashier was friendly, but while I was checking out, the customer behind me walked up behind and watched me enter me pin number. When I noticed him, he rudely said, your pin number won't do me no good. How would anyone know his intentions!!! There should be a division between the person checking out and the next customer!

Yes this is my favorite store too I go to the store a lot too and the people here is very nice so thank you all very much cuz when I need something or I can't find it you almost definitely do help me so I really do appreciate it and you all have a very blessed blessing

I love the price point here. My only real complaint is that the staff leaves the racks full of product in front of products without leaving any space to be able to reach what's behind it.
