We went to tractor supply looking for fittings for a water hose. I was very impressed with how quickly I received help and how friendly the staff was. The prices were competitive and lower than the same retail items locally available.We really enjoyed the lawn and garden dept. We bought several hanging baskets at a steal of $12.99 each! They had a wide variety of beautiful healthy plants,both flowering and vegetables, to choose from. We also bought four chains to attach to our hanging baskets.We also stopped to look at the chicks. They were adorable! Cashier got us out the door and presented ways to save us a dollar or two.

The store is usually clean, which is awesome for most of the stores in this town.However…there is a large age gap of employees who are beyond rude.I would like to say I have had amazing experiences with an older gentleman, over 65. And I have had great experiences with staff under the appearing age of 24.The staff between 24-65 is horrible!!! Management is a joke and will tell you multiple different stories when it comes to ordering anything they don’t have in stock.It’s best to drive to Cullman.

Went to pick up a bag of Dogfood at this location. They had 1 bag left and it was ripped and had a hole in it. You would think that a chain store like Tractor supply could keep a adequate amount of bags in stock without holes. I could have bought the bag however for $72 I'll take my bag without the holes. Went to Pet store and purchased there.

I Purchased white broad breasted turkeys. Took them home, within 3 days the turkeys developed an issue with their bottoms. They were hanging out and bleeding. We lost 8 birds all together over 3 days. We contacted Tractor supply to inform them of the issue; hoping to prevent this from happening to anyone else. When the manager called back, she basically said she could care less. She stated the issue was with the hatchery, not theirs, “they just sold them”.No cares were given, even though this issue could have taken out all of my birds if I had been less cautious and introduced them with my current birds. $80.00 Vs. thousand of dollars seems minimal, however, I’m sure I’m not alone.How much money has tractor supply made by selling sick chicken, ducks and Turkeys.I will not be shopping Tractor supply any longer.Not because of sick Turkeys, but due to the pure lack of care they displayed. I wasn’t even asking for a refund or replacement. Simply trying to inform them of an issue.Please do not introduce birds that you purchase with birds you have had. It can prove very fatal.

The staff at Arab tractor supply company are first class they helped me get my new mower home even though they didn’t have to and after the sale they went above and beyond to take care of other issues I had quickly thanks again to crew and by the way the toro mower is great

Very friendly and helpful staff. I think her name was Marci that went above and beyond with showing me the variety of brands of what I needed and what would suit my needs best. Checkout lady was nice too.

No refill of propane tanks available at this store. Don't have a license to yet. Nearest is in Cullman according to staff that pointed me to another business in town.

After looking for a certain thing I had been looking for for about 3 or 4 months at the bigger stores such as( Lowe's and Home Depot or Ace Hardware or even Walmart and I look at several of these stores and I finally went to the Tractor Supply in Jasper and one of the attendees help me right off and they had several of what I was looking for. So the next time I need it again I will go there first.

70 years old and handicapped. Bought 50 pounds chicken feed, a heavy feeder block and 4 bales of wood chips. NO ONE could help me load this because the only workers were the gal on the register and a guy unloading a truck. Guy couldn't take a break from the truck and help???? Od course not.

A woman that worked at the Arab one I believe her name was Donna ruined tractor supply for me and I will never go in there again. Not sure if she works there now but still wont step foot in there.

Used to be a good place to get dog feed, but the prices have gone out of sight!! Even their feed for horses and chickens is 4 to 5 dollars more than the feed and seed!! We still go there for the dog feed, but it's not for the cost it's just our dogs are used to it.

They had everything I needed. The employees were very helpful and friendly.I live 30 miles away and I will certainly be back when I need deer food and seed for food plots. The store was well stocked and very neat.

I was looking for a toolbox To fit my truck. The staff was quite helpful and even let me borrow a tape measure to measure for a proper fit. Great experience. They had the perfect one I needed at a price 1/2 of what another retailer had.

We use the pet wash station almost weekly. The facility is clean and well stocked. Our dog loves the staff and he looks forward to his treats at the check-out. (He is not shy to remind them if they are not familiar with his begging ways!)

Great place. They are maybe a little overpriced. My main concern is we spent over $60 for only a few items and the cashier wouldn't bag our purchases. He just stood there. You would think a store like that would bag your items, out of common courtesy.

They always get my dog food take it to the car for me when I get the big heavy bag the employees are always Nice they seem to be always very busy like they are short handed. Which i feel bad for them about that 💜
