Wish I could give them a zero a sorry place. My husband has been getting his prescriptions there for 10yrs. When he called to get his blood pressure medicine refilled his has 2 more refills that's April and may they said it's been closed out and started yelling at him and saying they need a prescription will it's on the bottle and still wouldn't do it and.. he been there for over 10 yrs and now thistles need to get better management there Sorry Sorry place 😐

I would give them zero stars if I could. They are extremely rude! I will never go here again. The lady at the drive thru window acted like I inconvenienced her. If you have anxiety or don’t like rude people then do not come to this walgreens pharmacy!

This by far is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever visited. The pharmacy techs act like they are doing you a favor by filling prescriptions! I absolutely hate this place. I never experienced this type of rude and unpleasant behavior at the 431 location and I wish it wasn’t so far away or I’d definitely go back. Walgreens on 202, y’all need to get it together and have more customer service training or something because this makes no sense for a people to have such nasty attitudes and have the audacity to be in the medical field!

Walgreens is always extremely busý and the cashiers aren't rude but they aren't the smiling friendly employee's either. I no longer use them. I went there to use their Fed Ex Drop Off Service.

The Pharmacy Techs have horrible attitudes! My thing is if you don't want your job leave and let someone who needs a job fill that position. I would say the techs name BY NAME, but it's ok. STOP BEING RUDE! You.dont get your blessings being that way! Walgreens on the corner of Quintard and hwy 202!!

I come here all the time and I am never treated bad Kim the little pharmacy lady that works there in the drive-through does not need to be working there. Very rude and disrespectful pays no attention to the customer was talking on the phone the whole time if you’re going to take care of customers in the drive-through focus on the customers in the drive-through, not the people you’re talking to on the phone. If you can’t do two things at once maybe you shouldn’t be working there

So slow!!!!! No matter if there’s only one customer or 10. Takes at least 30 mins to get your prescriptions. Then they have 2 drive thrus open but only 1 pharmacist working it. What’s the point of 2 if you’re still gonna wait and go back and forth to each lane?? Had to switch to this Walgreens for one of my scripts (apparently mine didn’t have any in) and can’t wait to switch back to one over in golden springs. Didn’t realize it was a permanent switch. They make Starbucks looks fast. I mean who leaves negative comments about picking up prescriptions??? This place sucks.

I went in to the Quintard ave location earlier on Sunday afternoon, it was around 3-4 o'clock, I was there to pick up prescriptions and was going to use express pay to pay for the prescriptions. When the cashier ( who had an attitude with me like I was making her do her job) went to ring up my purchases, the express pay transaction didn't work right. I told her three times to cancel the express pay transaction and I would pay for it with my debit card. She finally went and got someone else who seemed to be a bit smarter than her and finally cancelled the transaction. I payed my bill and left. Later I was going through my transactions on my banking app and discovered that I was charged twice for the same prescriptions. They credited one back to my account but didn't credit the other three. When I called to straighten it out with them I was given the runaround and the woman who answered the phone blamed my bank for the mistake

Don't go through the drive though if your in a hurry for your medicine. It will usually be quicker to go inside. Every time I go through the drive through for meds it takes anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes per car per line. And this don't matter whether or not they are busy or slow.

Got swabbed for a PCR COVID test on Sunday (more than 90 hours ago) and still no results. The staff at this Walgreens location is great. They also gave me the number to the lab to check on the progress of the results after 65 hours. The lab customer service rep could only say that the results were “pending” and that they would send a message to the lab techs that we were traveling so please rush the results. That did not seem to help anything, so we had to pay for last minute tests to be able to fly internationally. I imagine that the lab that this Walgreens uses is overwhelmed these days with the recent surge, so plan accordingly.

Rudest pharmacist I have ever met in my life . Kept interrupting me while I was on the phone with my doctor. I know several people that are looking for diffrent pharmacies because of her attitude. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

Walgreens is always slam packed and takes for ever to get out of there. Whether you go through the drive thru or not you can expect to be there at least a good 30 minutes just to pick up a prescription.
