Dollar General is multi billion dollar company and needs to quit being greedy and hire some people to clean their stores up! Especially this store i believe this one on Highway 202 in Anniston Alabama is probably the worst-case one I have ever been into.There is so much stuff in the floor and blocking the shelves that you cant even shop and forget using a buggy! Its so bad i refuse to stop there anymore.There is no reason for a multi billion dollar company to look and be like this store.And i dont even see how yall keep people working for yall because tbey dont get paid enough to deal with all of that and lets not forget to mention that the register is constantly messing up.Dollar General should be ashamed of themselves for allowing their stores to get like they are just because their being greedy and not hiring people. Dollar General yall have got to do better than this theres no excuse for it! Your losing business because nobody wants to fight the stuff in the floor just to get what they need and then half the time you cant get what you need because the product is still sitting in boxes on the floor. Do something with your stores Dollar General

First I would like to say thanks to the manger for correcting a price error. To the women on the register tonight you have an evil affect with rude unprofessional undertones. I almost left not because of the price mix up but your attitude. The laundry detergent is all ovet the place but when a customer takes time to make sure they have the right item for the right price don't make them feel like their trying to get something for a lesser price. Also, DG staff pick and choose who's drivers license they scan while others just look at it and put the date in the system. To the cashier on Monday night at 8pm you won't be there long with a bad attitude and poor customer service skills. If you don't like working, quit.

The location is kinda tough to turn in and out of. They're pretty regularly out of stock on many items. It's a small store, so there is overstock sitting in the aisles at all times. And there's always a line during rush hour and only one register open.

You can find a good bit in this store when they have it stocked . Lately they have been out of dog food and toiletries. The isles are also usually crowded as well as the line at the register. They need more help.

Like the new update to store very organized. Customer service very friendly and helpful Need more stockers to help keep aisles clutter free. Still one of my favorite places​ to shop for good deals

Although they ALWAYS have back stock to put up, this is one of my favorite stores bc they have the cutest home decor at this location. All of the other DG never have the things this one does. And it's only 10 minutes from my house so I visit here frequently. The associates here are very friendly and helpful as well.

I go there multiple times a week, the workers know me and my kids and are always happy to see us. Theyre friendly and patient and always ready to help and serve.

I always pick a place to shop for what I need based more on the friendly nature of the people who work there in addition to the items that are stocked on the shelves and let me tell you this...the cashier at this particular dollar store was one of the friendliest women I've ever had to privilege to ring up my purchase, and I found everything I needed on the shelves with no problem..Cudos to the staff and the management that operate this establishment, top notch.

My favorite Dollar General by far. Their shelf's stay stocked. Only thing I have trouble finding here is milk & bread. But with Covid that's understandable. Very nice friendly staff 👍

The lines are unusually long as I guess the place in understaffed. There is a lot of chaos and confusion with stock I believe. The store is always cramped with most stock piled on a cart waiting to be put out I presume. Restocking time is very far from the time product runs out. It is just the only store besides piggly wiggly in close distance to many.

It was pretty good actually. It had most definitely improved in my point of view being where it is located. They've tightened down on a couple things that I noticed that will prevent a lot of stealing that user to occur there. Good job you guys

Had to get me a doggie blanket from my new family member he's going to be antisocial too ) the Dollar general store who's been around for years where to go Dollar general the workers there are very people friendly answer the community with a smile) before my mother died that's all she went was the Dollar general store I'll never forget it!!

Good shoping area, it's on 202 How West End! Prices are the best ! We have 3 DG stores close two are great and priced right ! And one Viginia Ave & Old Cold water Rd. Where the poorest people love is priced the highest! It ridiculous! Right behind Dixie Mart !??

Pam is the manager of the one on 202 Hwy. There is nothing she doesn't know about her store. She is very friendly and polite to all of her costumers. This is my favorite Dollar General Store.

Box after box, you can't even get a buggy through any where, so unorganized, employees pick who to check out and when to open a new line, not the next person like it should be, someone who has been there 20 minutes, then they take a person just walking up

At the beginning of each week ,Mon Tues, without a doubt.This Store is absolutely the most difficult place to get thru due to The stock carts loaded with stock a just piled on this place .Very stressful not to mention they don't have anything you need or want.I think all the stocking of any products should be done after normal closing time when ever they order .

Every time I go in the women of the store always welcome us plus one of them will bring me a sales paper then tells me about the coupons I can use and they always tells me about which color star to use
