Big Lots has changed so much! Their prices are absolutely unbelievably EXPENSIVE!! I looked all around the store on Black Friday, and left empty handed! That's how expensive they were! Trust me, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I heard other customers complaining too.

I needed home decor for a nursery that I was designing as well as a sturdy wardrobe cabinet for my home. I entered the store and was invited in with a hearty welcome by the cashier. I went to the home decor aisles looking at drapes and pillows. After leaving that section, I went to the furniture section. As I browsed, an attendant made sure to ask if I was looking for something particular and he then offered his help in anyway if I find something I like. I looked at this wardrobe that was sturdy and just the amount of storage I needed. If your are looking for good, affordable furniture Big Lots is a great place to check before you make any purchases. Also, I decorated my living room with furniture from Big Lots. It is now 2 years old and still in awesome condition.

So just bought a pillow 2 days ago. Wayyyy to firm. So went to exchange it for another. I HAD THE PILLOW.I had the receipt, I had the rewards, I had the same card I used. I had everything you would ever need to a simple exchange. But not here. PLAN FOR NO EXCHANGES. YOU HAVE TO DO A REFUND. AND THEN HAVE TO WAIT DAYS TO GET THE MONEY BACK TO ECHANGE THE ITEM. BY THEN THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK. FEEL FREE TO SEE FOR YOURSELF. THIS ABSURD!

I went with a family member looking for specific furniture piece and found it. The store was neat but not clean. Bought a clearance item only to discover after getting home that the price had been marked up to be marked down. They had put "clearance" tags for $7.50 and $6.99 but discovered original price tag for $7. Disappointed.

I was very impressed with quality of new merchandise. The garden center had beautiful seasonal items. They carry a great selection of unusual food items. The register area had been remodeled to allow social distancing and privacy when completing transactions. Store was clean and employees were very courteous and helpful.

I've missed this place! It's been a couple years since I've shopped there. No reason. It's a little out of my usual driving territory - but now I have a new address and today I re-discovered it. It's always a surprise down every aisle . . You can always find at least one thing you've been NEEDING and couldn't find. . .like a small slow cooker, or cookies you can't find. And a recliner. Maybe the one for me. YES!!!

I was so impressed with the selection of this store! When I visited years ago, it felt like they carried junk equipment and cheap knock offs. This time was a completely different experience. The home decor was very impressive as well as furniture and the toy selection! The cashier even offered for us to sign up for their card which saved us 10 dollars if we spent more than 50, which we did. I will definitely be back to shop here. Like I said, the home decor was so nice and I wanted so many more things!!

This is really a review of the whole strip mall location. The parking lot is like a teenager's face, full of acne pot holes. The landlord needs to resurface the entire parking lot.

Bought a gazebo from here and it was missing a lot of parts and they said there’s no refunds on gazebo’s I will not be buying anything from big lots anymore

I really like the fact that they mark down there items.. They don't hold onto product past the expiration date like the majority of retail stores who still try to charge you way more than what it's worth. You can find alot of food items on clearance that are still within the expiration date. I stack up on all of my kids snack items like chips, cereal, cookies, juices etc..

Store clean. Parking is close to store. Buggies available to me. Had clearance in buggies up at front of store so I could find it. I like that idea!! 😀 Cashier very nice. I was greeted asked if I needed help finding anything by other store workers. If I couldn't find what I was looking for and they carried it I was walked and shown where it was! I like that!😀 Asked if I needed help putting my items in my truck.+++++ Customer service with me😀😀 and thanked and invited back when I left.

My wife purchased a Bluetooth headset on Thursday September 30th, I used it on October 1st and the left speaker quit working. I went to exchange it for another one just like it, the employees tell me they cannot exchange or take it back without a receipt. I drive to my house and found the receipt in the trash, went back to the store and gave them the receipt and wanted to exchange the Bluetooth headset for another one, they started to tell me that they can't take back electronics for any reason.i told them what they had just told me about twenty minutes earlier and they decided to do the exchange. My suggestion for anyone that reads this, don't buy electronics from Big lots if you want to keep your blood pressure down.

They have a great selection of general merchandise as well as food and school supplies, hardware, pets, furniture and electronics. Plus they have a great selection of mattresses and other bedding items. With several payment options with good credit and other options without any credit check.

Tried calling them twice to check on item availability of dog food no answer. Also the price for items such as dog food and food aren't really a deal at all. If this is the only store in sight shop here if you have options for somewhere else.

My grandmother cut her arm by accident on the bathroom door here and so we asked a lady if they had any rubbing alcohol and bandages and where they would be, the lady then says that they didn't have any alcohol. We told her that my grandmother had cut her arm and she didnt say anything about it. So I go to the register and ask about a first aid kit to see if we could get an antiseptic wipe and we was going to purchase bandages to go on it. My grandmother tells the cashiers what happened and they call management and the same lady we asked about the alcohol comes up there and said "I know I already seen it" and then walks away. If someone gets hurt in your store, you are suppose to file an accident report. She did not file an accident report nor offer to get a first aid kit for my grandmother. Every store has a first aid kit put up especially for their associates and should be offered to help a customer when they get hurt in your store. All we asked for was an antiseptic wipe out of their first aid kit and the manager wouldn't even look for their first aid kit. The only thing anyone did was one of the cashiers gave her some paper towels to hold on it which is more than I can say for their manager. I will not be back to this store if this is how they treat their customers that get hurt in their store.

My 78 yo mother purchased a recliner from Big Lots. The manager loaded it into the truck.He put it at the very end of the truck with the back facingthe tail . As u could imagine the top flew off on the road damaging the top. My elderly mom was out in the road trying to pick it up, crying and upset and man stopped in helped her get it and loaded it properly. She calls the store and tells them of the incident and his response.... we are not responsible for items after they leave the store. Wat a manager.Hhow can a man treat an elderly woman who was so excited about her new recliner like this.me and my family and whoever I can tell this too does not shop here anymore. Beware it could be your mother who is mistreated like this

During the pandemic it was difficult finding furniture after we moved here. I purchased beautiful furniture from Big Lots! Also, we received great service!

Just came out of the store....horrible experience today...never ever had this before.This new and very young girl at the entrance didn't greet, just looked at me, I guess, expecting me to say something.After my shopping I went to the register and nobody was there...I guess somebody else left their items there and left.I walked up and down for a few minutes and than this young girl showed up....no words ...nothing at all, she picked the soda bottle up and scanned it...I looked at her and said...this is not mine.Her reply..who's is it than? I don't know my answer and handed her my items. She made a face and voided the item.She rangvup everything and told me the price. I gave her my money...she returned the change.No words came out of her mouths at any time ..no thank you, no good bye, not anything at all.She walked to the other end, so I told her...you should be friendly to your customers...she still didn't say anything, just rolling her eyes. Really? This is such a bad customer service! Outside I have called the Manager on duty....Emma, her name...at least that was, what I was told. She apologized and said, that the girl is new. This is even worse, for somebody new to behave like this, she needs a lot of customer training.

Big Lots is still in my fave category since it is near my resident. This store has a good variety of merchandise. It also has a return policy.
