I am a daily customer. And tonight I just had the worst experience. The cashier, some blonde guy was extremely rude to the customer before me and he was rude to me as well. Wow I'm angry!! Never in 3 years going to that store have I been talked to that way. Dude didn't realize how close he came to getting the raw end of my temper. I'm really angry. Tomorrow morning I'm speaking to the manager!!

Their bathroom was a MESS. Hole store was pretty dirty and cluttered. I can understand the clutter but the floors look like they haven’t been moped or swept in days. District manager should definitely be contacted.

Tonight at 9:20 my kids enter the place to get us something , while I was waiting outside in the car the guy who was working at the cashier white blond dude was treating them so bad calling them idiots for no reason , that guy shouldn’t be working in a place at all . I went inside and screamed at him why you talking to the kids like that , he pretended that he didn’t say anything to them , any how he noticed that the situation was so serious . That guy should be fired without doubt .

This place is a grand idea faster than Walmart cheap goods and they have just about anything you need. The grocery isles are full of cheap food they toys are reasonably priced if you can find clothes that fit they are also cheap. I will be back soon

This store is always busy, not enough employees, stuff is unorganized, always carts of stock in the way and the employees are no where to be found until you try to move that car. Nobody ever at the register, you ALWAYS HAVE TO GO LOOK FOR SOMEONE AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU MAJOR ATTITUDE, especially the new manager. She's rude

There was only one register open. The store was an absolute mess. You can't find anything there. The cashier was very rude. He didn't even speak to me. Just rang me up , didn't give me my total I had to look. He didn't tell me thank you, have a nice day, nothing! I won't shop at this Dollar General again.

This parking lot seriously needs remodeled. Honestly, the store should be relocated as it sits in the middle of town occupying space that seems would be more fitting if it were themed towards the town's history.

This Dollar General store has made a lot of improvements over the years. Store is easy to navigate. The more mature staff members are very friendly.

Out of all the Dollar Stores in Albertville Al. this is about the only one that seems to be able to manage in keeping their shevels completely stocked, especially in the Pet items department.

Watch your receipts for over charge this is the 3rd time they have over charged me they have sales but don't give them to you when ringing it up and try to make you think you are in the wrong why put and item on sale and still charge full price . Then try to make you look like a fool in front of the other customers I'm done with the dollar general stores
