I called at the last minute on a Saturday. Everyone I usually go to was booked due to Thanksgiving quickly approaching. Not only did she get me in but she also did an excellent job on my mini schnauzer and my daughter's pomeranian. We asked that she cut both dogs low since there was a little matting. She definitely earned a repeat customer.

I took my dog here for a year, both their old location and their brand new one. He gets sick almost every time. It’s always stomach bugs which cause him bad gas, diarrhea and sometimes vomiting. It’s so consistent at this point I know the signs well, it always starts with fatigue a few hours after I bring him home, and takes him days to get past. He also ends up giving whatever it is to our older dog who is 12 and gets much sicker every time. We wind up unable to sleep for days due to them getting us up throughout the night being sick. I have only kept going here bc when I moved to alabaster a year ago it took me 4 months to even find a groomer taking clients and I was shocked. I’ve never had issues like this with groomers in 7 years of having my dog. Now I know why this place has openings. Their location by CVS was filthy and dingy, it had constant problems with power and air too. I was hopeful when they moved that it would solve everything, but my dog just had his first trip to their new facility last week and came home sick again. I called my vet and explained everything and they said that type of sickness is likely bacterial and comes from them not properly cleaning and sanitizing their equipment. The sad part is, after going there as long as I have, I’m not even surprised to hear that bc they all seem gross. She would never give me a time to show up that makes sense, she would always say they open at 7 and I learned the first time they don’t start grooming until 10. I said I don’t want my dog there longer than he has to be. Despite telling her that she confused me to the point I ended up taking him at 7 the first time and was livid he spent almost an entire 8 hour day there before he was done. From that point on every time I called to schedule him she would tell me to come at 7 and I would say no, I’m coming at 10 when you start so he isn’t there all day and she would just say ok. The whole situation is very unprofessional. They don’t even have a computer system set up for their clients and every time I went I would have to remind her who my dog was and what his grooming notes were. It was very annoying. They never cared though and would never make an effort to learn their dogs or try to keep some kind of notes or filing system. They also would constantly try to fluctuate their prices on me to make more and I know they knew what they were doing, but they go about it by playing dumb and saying “oh last time you paid $85 right?” When I had definitely paid $75 and she told me that’s what she always charges everyone. Yet they did this price game to us so often we just started writing checks for $100 every time and said you figure out what money goes where. That shut them up of course. They don’t even have a credit card system, everything has to be check or cash which I also found to be odd. So many red flags with this place, I could keep going but I just really want to warn others not to go here bc in my 7 years with my dog I’ve never seen him get consistently sick like this from a groomer and it’s just horrible. Be aware!

I was very dissatisfied with the services that were rendered to my pets. When we got home our dogs were starving like they’ve never eaten. It has been almost a week since I picked my pets up and they just started back acting like themselves and not acting skittish or shell shocked just like they did when I picked them up. I expected them to be a bit uncomfortable taking in consideration that they’ve never been boarded before but the duration of their skittish behavior made me very uncomfortable. One of our dogs literally cried in their crate all night for 2 days. Regardless of the reasonable price, sadly we will not be using their services by any means. After all, you get what you pay for. Definitely a lesson learned. This was just my experience.This is not meant to harm anyone just to inform others of my experience.

I called last minute to make an appointment for my golden doodle to be groomed, and they fit me in the next day. I paid half the price I was going to at another location and the owner was so patient with my dog who was a bit nervous at first. Definitely will be returning for all her grooming needs! Thank you for being amazing with my dog!!

Need to get in quick they have room due to lack of caring for regular coustomers!! I was told to bring my baby in between 7 and 10 am. I was there at 7. The lady informed me they don't start cutting till ten. But I could pay a 10$ fee to have him cut first? I wanted to bring him back but lady assured me my baby would be ok till then. My dog is a barker hes 7 lbs . I informed her of that and just wanted to come back when they were ready for him. I ended up leaving aginst my better judgment and within a hour she called and asked me to come get my dog because he would not stop barking. Humm yes i told her that. I'm 80 years old I had told her he would do bark the entire time. . When I arrived she Told me I should go back to where he was groomed before. VERY unprofessional business. I have been in customer service 35 years and have never seen a place run so poorly in regards to customer service.

Late. Unresponsive. Unprofessional. Horrible service.I shouldn't have to go on, but I will. I scheduled my dog a grooming appointment here, with intentions of making it my new go-to groomer if I liked them on the first try. They advertise that they open at 7am, and I even confirmed that on the phone when I made the appointment. I brought my dog by between 7:30 and 7:40, and I arrived to a ghost town. All lights off. No one inside. No answer back to the message that I left them when I left. Nothing. Which it's probably for the best- The place didn't look like somewhere I'd feel comfortable leaving my pet even for just a few hours. I don't want anyone to have to have the experience that I did with this business.

I looked and looked for a place with the soonest availability and I was so thankful for this place. It is hidden but it so great!! I took my sweet 9 month old yorkie for her first cut and let me just say... couldn’t be more perfect! I showed the owner a picture of what I wanted and it was exactly like the picture. Took my Eskimo Spitz for puppy cut and came back cut to skin. Specifically said do not cut undercoat. Was told had some mats. Should have combed them out or called me. We were going to coast with boat. Not only homely but now worried about sunburn 😔

I didn't get to bring my dog there you have to leave your dog so early and then pick it up late but other than that I think they're very professional they're very kind talking they explain everything they do everything that they say they're going to do they're a little bit higher than the other groomers around but they're worth it they do all the requirements of a grooming
